Cleaning Technician (Per Diem / On-Call) – Residential & Commercial Cleaning

Bella Lynn Cleaning is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our pool of qualified applicants for future residential and commercial cleaning opportunities.
This position is designed for individuals seeking flexible, per diem, or on-call work. Selected candidates may be contacted to fill scheduled shifts, cover employee absences, assist with special projects, or support business growth as additional clients are added.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and clean assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Properly use cleaning products and equipment
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in clients' homes and businesses
- Report any concerns, damages, or supply needs to management
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies as needed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior cleaning experience is welcomed but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
