Job Description

An Agricultural Sales Representative promotes and sells farm-related products and services to farmers and agricultural businesses by building customer relationships. Key duties include lead generation, initial personal customer contact, We are looking for someone who has worked in the agricultural industry for 10 plus years, has direct sales experience with farmers, who can make initial contacts to generate interest in cutting edge technology, and then send the potential customer's contact information (with their permission) to the company for sales follow up. For each lead that ultimately culminates in a sale, this person will be generously compensated for having made the introduction to Nicholson Tec. Fully Remote/Commission Based

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify, contact, and introduce Nicholson Tec to prospective customers, who farm 2,500 acres or more.
    • Obtain permission to share that person's contact information with Nicholson Tec, and then send that information to the Nicholson Tec
  • Communication
    • Must be an excellent communicator, have command of agricultural vernacular
    • Communicate promptly
