Job Description:
The Data Analyst supports internal analytics initiatives by analyzing data from digital platforms and internal applications to generate insights, measure program effectiveness, and support data-driven decision making.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Analyze usage and performance data from internal platforms and analytics tools

Pull, query, and analyze datasets using SQL and analytics platforms

Identify and reconcile discrepancies across multiple data sources

Establish reporting cadence to measure onboarding effectiveness and user engagement

Develop reports and visual dashboards using Power BI and Excel
-
Automate data workflows and reporting processes where possible

Create PowerPoint presentations summarizing insights and recommendations

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate findings

Work with external platform teams to troubleshoot data or reporting inconsistencies

Maintain documentation for queries, data sources, and dashboards
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

3–7 years of professional data analytics experience

Strong experience with Google Analytics

Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing datasets
-
Experience building dashboards with Power BI
-
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, automation)

Experience pulling data from APIs or external analytics platforms
-
Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets

Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations

Experience creating reporting cadences and measurement plans

Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, computer science, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve data discrepancies
