Job Description

Morken Companies is hiring an experienced Trailer Technician with strong body work and welding experience. This position focuses on repairing and rebuilding semi-trailers, including structural and cosmetic repairs.

We have a steady workload, a solid team, and are offering up to a $1,000 hiring bonus for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Perform trailer body repairs (panels, roofs, floors, doors)
Complete structural repairs and welding
Handle aluminum and steel repairs
Perform fabrication for custom repairs as needed
Diagnose damage and determine proper repair approach
Keep work quality high while maintaining efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Experience working on semi-trailers
Strong body work experience (required)
Welding and fabrication skills
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail and pride in your work

Pay & Schedule

$25.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Up to a $1,000 hiring bonus
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
No weekends
