Vehicle history and VIN check service "VinNumber.net" based in the United States. We launched in 2025 and have already processed more than 10,000 VIN checks for used car buyers, dealers, and fleet managers across the country.

The name pretty much explains what we do. Every vehicle built after 1981 carries a 17-character VIN that connects to a chain of title records, insurance filings, recall notices, and auction data. We pull those records together into a single report. Accident history, odometer readings, title brands, theft records, open recalls — the kind of information that sits in government and insurance databases but rarely makes it into a sales listing.

Our reports draw from over 110 databases, including state DMV offices, NHTSA, the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System, insurance carriers, and salvage auction logs. Results come back in under 30 seconds.

Beyond VIN checks, we publish scam alerts, buyer's guides, and market data to help people navigate the used car market without getting burned. Odometer fraud, title washing, flood cars resold with clean paperwork — these are not rare events. We cover them because somebody should.
