This group comprises a various of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies which bind monospecifically to certain cells or proteins to achieve therapeutic purpose. These mAb drugs belong immunotherapy, work by stimulating the patient's immune system to attack target cells or localizing a target cell line to deliver lethal chemical doses in radioimmunotherapy or binding to molecules involved in T-cell regulation to remove inhibitory pathways that block T-cell responses.
