Nigerian National Antimicrobial Stewardship Taskforce

WHO Antimicrobial Resistance in Nigeria plays a critical role in strengthening national surveillance systems, enhancing laboratory capacity and supporting the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and partners like the Nigerian National Antimicrobial Stewardship Taskforce (NNAST) to monitor resistant pathogens, guide antibiotic policy and advance the One Health agenda across human, animal and environmental sectors.
