The Basics of a Branch Operations Supervisor role:

Summary of what you'll do as a Branch Operations Supervisor:

Valley Water is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the Strategic Programs Administrator position within the Office of Integrated Water Management reporting to the Assistant Chief Executive Officer. The Strategic Programs Administrator serves as a strategic right-hand to the Assistant CEO helping to develop and maintain key agency-wide processes and procedures and oversee strategic projects and special initiatives. Overview: The Associate Electrical Engineer will support the 24 x 7 continuous Water Utility raw, treated, and purified water operations, capital improvement projects, annual maintenance work plan, and asset management plans. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: As a member of the Utility Electrical and Control Systems Engineering team:

<li>Plan, organize, schedule, assign, review, supervise and evaluate the work of assigned staff.</li>
<li>Serve as a technical resource in electrical engineering including formulating projects, assessing program effectiveness, and analyzing a variety of unusual conditions, problems, or questions; oversee quality assurance and quality control activities within field/specialty of engineering.</li>
<li>Conduct engineering studies, investigations, and analyses, such as conditional assessments, feasibility reports, event incident/root cause analysis reports, and engineering evaluations in support of a planned project/improvement, system deficiencies, non-code compliant conditions, and electrical system and process anomalies.</li>
<li>Prepare electrical engineering schematics, specifications, drawings, wiring diagrams, power, lighting, and floor plans, conduit and wire schedules, electrical details, and other supporting documentation for commercial and industrial applications; perform economic and financial analysis of projects; provide cost estimates and cost benefit analysis for comparison; review and comment on drawings, plans, and other work submitted by external consultants, engineers, contractors, and developers for conformance with current standards.</li>
<li>Identify and report electrical deficiencies and safety issues; investigate and create root cause analysis from electrical system reports; interview operations and maintenance staff and conduct field observations and inspections; develop recommendations to mitigate electrical disturbances, outages, and abnormalities; lead or assist in resolving deficiencies and safety issues.</li>

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Provide comprehensive nursing assessments, develop intervention strategies, and provide nursing services to individuals, families, groups, and communities; provide case management for high-risk clients.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED Work under the general supervision of a manager or supervisor, who assigns work, establishes goals and reviews results obtained; may perform nursing duties as set forth in the medical standing orders established for a specialty area.

The nurse in this position provides Tuberculosis Case Management and Public Health Clinic Services. Demonstrates flexibility in adapting as program and/or service needs change.
Tuberculosis (TB) Program Services Works to prevent and control the spread of tuberculosis. Related duties include but are not limited to:

<li>Participates in TB surveillance and service activities including, but not limited to reportable TB and outbreak response.</li>
<li>Participates in weekly case review and documents summary of case review to maintain a basic knowledge of all clients on caseload.</li>
<li>Identifies needs and makes appropriate timely referrals.</li>
<li>Develops and implements comprehensive plans of nursing care including:

<li>Makes/plans home visits for TB program Directly Observed Therapy (DOT).</li>

Sexually Transmitted Infections Clinic Services Complete the intake, screening, nursing history, and assessment of clients, per MCHHS standing orders. Assure and provide appropriate treatment for clients, to include:

<li>Administration of medications and immunizations</li>
<li>Provision of current and appropriate medication information verbally and in writing.</li>
<li>Initiate a plan with client for follow up and treatment.</li>
<li>Triage walk-in clients and those phoning in with questions or requests for exams.</li>
<li>Provide accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical record.</li>
<li>Reviews lab results and processes appropriately.</li>
<li>Phone in prescriptions as ordered by the Health Officer.</li>
</ul>
Infection Prevention Services to MCHHS employees:
<ul>
<li>Conduct Immunity Assessment, TB screening, and provide immunizations to employees per policy.</li>
<li>Draw blood for post vaccine titer per policy.</li>
<li>Provide post occupational exposure follow-up for BBP and other communicable diseases as appropriate.</li>
<li>Provide timely, accurate &amp; complete documentation of services in confidential digital &amp; paper files.</li>
<li>Maintain PPD, fit test solution and vaccine medication inventory for employees. </li>
<li>Ensure OSHA requirements for HBV vaccine are met in concert with Immunization Coordinator.</li>
<li>Ensure employees who fail to comply with needed services are referred to their supervisor and Clinic supervisor within 1 month of being overdue in concert with Immunization Coordinator. </li>
</ul>
Share in General Program Duties with the Clinical Preventive Services (CPS) Team: Participates and/or provides leadership to a variety of activities not limited to the following:
<ul>
<li>Develop and/or contribute to Team meeting agenda, policies and procedures and other documents.</li>
<li>Review and provide feedback to Health Officer regarding standing orders.</li>
<li>Provide services to and communication with community partners, e.g., homeless shelters, school nurses and information and technical assistance to healthcare providers.</li>
<li>Communicate client and program issues to the Clinic Coordinator and/or Program Manager.</li>
<li>Participate in planning, implementation, and evaluation of CPS program activities.</li>

Requirements for the Position
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

Position Overview

The doors of the Shrine boldly proclaim, ‘All Are Welcome', reminding all of the central focus of the Shrine's ministry that has remained constant for over 70 years: providing a convenient and prayerful setting for people desiring to praise and worship. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Chief Development Officer (CDO) is a strategic fundraising advisor to the Executive Director and is responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships and opportunities that will advance the mission of St. Anthony Shrine. This includes coordinating relationship building to raise the profile and involvement of St. Anthony Shrine within the Greater Boston business community, city, and state government, as well as with key Catholic and non-Catholic philanthropists; ever mindful to advance the mission and to build a culture of philanthropy.

Key Responsibilities Leadership

The Program Therapist will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to provide Person-Centered mental health treatment services in a 24-hour residential clinical setting.
This individual will be serving a caseload of up to 9 adult residents with serious and persistent mental illness and/or chemical dependency. Ideal candidates will have direct or related experience working in a therapeutic milieu environment, facilitating therapeutic groups, implementing/writing treatment plans, and managing doctor's orders.
The candidate will collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure the best possible treatment for residents. We actively engage our residents in treatment related activities by promoting community integration, and a recovery model approach that emphasizes independent skill development (e.g. cooking, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, nutrition, medications, social skills, communication).
Schedule is standard M-F, 0830-1700 with some flexibility based on department need. The program therapist will also maintain clinical documentation, and transport clients as needed - ODL is required.

Provides Horizon House with clinical support that is including, but not limited to providing individual and group therapy, training staff, and communicating any clinical findings to the Horizon House staff.

Community Coordination:

Milieu:
