Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. As a Lavu Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering relationships with restaurant owners and operators. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, promoting our solutions, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

The primary responsibilities of the Account Executive is to generate and close new business, sharing responsibility for the team's overall revenue production.
Specific Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

<li>Focused prospecting for TTx events, marketing campaigns, and general funnel activity</li>
<li>Focused effort on providing accurate sales documentation. This includes, but is not limited to, funnel activity, forecasting, quoting, and booking</li>
<li>All general activities as it relates to marketing, selling, and supporting all profit goals</li>
</ul>

Qualifications for an Account Executive:
<ul>
<li>Experience in IT or telecommunications is preferred</li>
<li>Experience working in a customer-facing role</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
</ul>

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Independently manage leads through the entire sales process. Record all client/prospect communication on our CRM system, ensuring details are accurate and up to date. Perform to specific KPIs set by Got Vape. Negotiate fees and implement spreads for new clients as well as constantly looking for ways to improve profitability by optimizing revenues and volumes from existing clients. Manage existing relationships to ensure clients are serviced efficiently. Understand client/prospect needs to provide timely and relevant market information and customized solutions. Build on existing relationships by developing a deep understanding of the clients business model and FX risks. Deliver high-quality customer service by maintaining a strong focus on client needs to meet expectations.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
 Prospect new sales opportunities by using cold calling (this is a significant part of the job), e-mailing, and other relevant methods. Analyze clients business objectives and identify their FX and international payment needs. Establish rapport with prospects, identify key decision-makers, and schedule meetings, when appropriate. Manage the complete sales cycle to ensure maximum productivity and completion of sales/pipeline reports, and compile competitor information. Maintain leads and accounts in our CRM. Meet and exceed sales revenue targets. Perform other sales-related tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. The candidate should possess a consultative sales approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A positive attitude, a strong drive to succeed, determination, and persistence are necessary. Must possess high ethical business standards. Ability to ask probing questions to understand the needs of a prospect with the skill to appropriately suggest dynamic solutions. High degree of professionalism, with a confident and assertive style. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Proven track record in a B2B sales-driven environment is a plus. Understanding of product and market knowledge, including FX spot, forwards, and International payments are a plus.
This starts as an hourly position with commission checks monthly. At your year review will move you to salary.
