We’re growing and looking for&nbsp;part-time, licensed real estate salespersons who are passionate about real estate, enjoy working closely with clients, and thrive in a deal-driven environment.
 
Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned homebuyers, delivering a high-quality, responsive client experience</li>
<li>Attend property tours and provide real-time insights on pricing, value, and building considerations</li>
<li>Conduct comparable market analyses to advise buyers on pricing strategy and market trends</li>
<li>Guide buyers through the whole transaction lifecycle, including:</li>
<li>Offer preparation and negotiation</li>
<li>Offer acceptance and contract coordination</li>
<li>Referrals to attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals</li>
<li>Board package preparation and interviews (when applicable)</li>
<li>Final walk-throughs and closing coordination</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
 
<ul>
<li>Active New York State real estate license&nbsp;(required)</li>
<li>Experience with buyer representation, home tours, market analysis, and negotiation</li>
<li>Strong understanding of NYC real estate transactions</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong time-management skills</li>
<li>Professional, client-focused, and self-motivated</li>
</ul>
Candidates in the process of obtaining their license may also be considered.
