Job Description: The FT Post-Master's Counseling Externship is a one year, 10 month position for a pre-licensed counselor to gain clinical experience while receiving clinical supervision towards licensure by a licensed staff member. Responsibilities:

Requirements
BCBA and BC-ABA Consultant Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Assess and create treatment plans for children and adolescents with autism and other behavioral health diagnoses. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Use proven methods to help with behavior issues and teach new skills. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Utilize electronic health data record to track progress, and assess outcomes of treatment. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collect and review data to track progress and adjust treatments as needed. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Skilled in conducting behavior assessments and creating behavior plans. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work with families, caregivers, preschool and school providers, and other professionals to ensure skills are used in different settings. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Train and support parents and caregivers on behavior management. </li>
</ul>
Requirements of a BC-ABA Consultant (Contractor): 
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in a psychology, social work, or a related field (required) </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist/Behavior Specialist Licensure (LBS/BSL) required </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>1+ years of post-Master's experience providing ABA services under supervision (required) </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license with 2+ years of driving experience, reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance (required) </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>No Driver’s License suspensions in the last 48 months </li>
</ul>

<li>Must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services (required) </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute (required) </li>
</ul>

 Our client provides chronic infusion therapy in an outpatient clinic setting. Infusions include biological medications, intravenous immunoglobulin, blood products, and antibiotic therapy. Job Details
 The Nurse Practitioner will use a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to provide direct patient care and coordinate infusion and injection activities in compliance with professional practice and clinical standards in an outpatient setting. Schedule: Part-time, 2 weekday shifts per week, 8:30am-5pm. No on-call, no weekends. Job Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li> Conduct an initial clinical screening with each new patient to review their medical history prior to receiving their first infusion.</li>
<li> Supervise and administer IV infusion and injections for patients with chronic illnesses.</li>
<li> Assist in the preparation of biologics.</li>
<li> Educate patients about the risks, side effects, and benefits of the medication.</li>
<li> Discuss the plan of care between ordering providers and our infusion center.</li>
<li> Communicate with the referring provider regarding meeting the criteria for the medication and requesting necessary documents.</li>
<li> Review orders received, verify medical records and diagnostic tests to support diagnosis and treatment.</li>
<li> Review pertinent labs, reports, and medications tried and failed.</li>
<li> Making sure nursing notes are reviewed for accuracy and all patient charts are finalized at the end of each shift.</li>
<li> Keep the Medical Director &amp; VP of Clinical Affairs abreast of all clinical updates and issues.</li>
<li> Assist in managing registered nurses and other staff with issues that may arise in the clinic.</li>
<li> Accountability of all medication and Med-Surg. supplies within the infusion center.</li>
</ul>
 Education &amp; Experience: 
<ul>
<li> Minimum of 2 years of infusion experience in specialty infusion therapy including patient assessment skills, various venous access skills and emergency patient care.</li>
<li> Current NP license in good standing with all governing bodies.</li>
<li> CRNI preferred, IGCN desirable.</li>
<li> Graduate of an approved accredited Nurse Practitioner program with National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or post-master level certificate in pediatrics.</li>
<li> Current basic life support/AED &amp; ACLS certification.</li>
</ul>
 Other Skills: 
<ul>
<li> Computer skills and experience with EMR.</li>
<li> Comfortable starting IVs.</li>
<li> Be able to recognize and manage an infusion reaction appropriately.</li>
</ul>
