We are looking for an experienced media buyer who thrives in a results-driven environment and lives and breathes digital marketing channels like Vertical, and Paid Search. If this sounds like you and you have demonstrated success scaling profitable lead generation campaigns meeting KPI’s in the process, then you might be our next Media Buyer!
The compensation for this position is $60-$90k annually. 
 Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize successful/profitable marketing campaigns targeting CPA goals. Uncover campaign scale and profit drivers. Work with our analytics team to structure data to make optimizations against those drivers. Manage communications between technical and creative teams. Analyze reporting, as well as partner insights, to recommend strategic improvements. Research and test new marketing channels for the company.
Requirements
Demonstrated success launching and managing at-scale and profitable lead generation campaigns. Strong negotiation ability to achieve efficient results for campaigns. Highly analytical with the ability to structure data and analytics to uncover critical insights. Deep hands-on experience across various marketing channels. Familiarity with 3rd party CPC, CPL, and CPM platforms and networks is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Currently managing at-scale financial services lead generation campaigns.

Job Description
The Analyst of Investment Excellence is responsible for day-to-day media buy activation, budget and billing management, and buy hygiene oversight on the Inspire Media Engine (IME) Investment team. The Analyst must understand the importance of ensuring media buys run and deliver as planned and that timely and accurate billing and budget management of those buys occurs.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>General
<ul>
<li>Plays a lead role in all aspects of campaign activation and consistently drives activation excellence as it relates to OTT, digital, social, etc., media programs.</li>
<li>Proficient knowledge of media activation, verification, and trafficking/reporting platforms (Prisma/MediaOcean, MBox, DCM/CM, MOAT, etc.)</li>
<li>Manages Prisma and/or MBox inputs, vendor IO creation, fee tracking, EOM delivery reports, billing and RFIs, discrepancy resolutions, and reconciliation.</li>
<li>Daily maintenance of active campaigns – weekly and post-launch QAs, ongoing trafficking updates, accuracy in taxonomy creation and new taxonomy value requests, and pacing reports.</li>
<li>Assist with audits and reporting needs.</li>
<li>Manage up to Supervisor and Associate Directors to regularly to keep them informed on important project and internal team updates.

<li>Financial Stewardship

<li>Partner with Supervisor to ensure billing is accurate each month.</li>
<li>Manage vendor billing which includes but is not limited to insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution and reconciliation.</li>
<li>Ensures Prisma inputs are accurate and QA against authorizations and planned budgets.  </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Daily Project Management &amp; Maintenance
<ul>
<li>Prepares and delivers trafficking requests that follows agreed to processes, taxonomy, and timelines.</li>
<li>Updates status documents/project trackers.</li>
<li>Supports Supervisor with the following deliverables:
<ul>
<li>Campaign builds</li>
<li>Taxonomy compliance</li>
<li>Billing deadlines</li>
<li>RFI/reconciliation</li>
<li>Platform Tax and Agency Fees</li>
<li>Budget management &amp; tracking (planned and actualized)</li>
<li>Managing traffic requests with partners and internal investment and media teams</li>
<li>Accurate and timely audit deliverable delivery</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Oversee the delivery of buying and/or digital trafficking specs and guidelines to key external and internal partners.</li>
<li>Share ideas and solutions for pain points/problems in processes; work alongside internal teams to develop best practices, enhancements, and tools to improve them.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, consumer insights or equivalent</li>
<li>Agency experience highly preferred</li>
<li>1+ years of related experience</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think unconventionally in proposing solutions.</li>
<li>Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.</li>
<li>MS Office: Excel proficiency is a must.</li>
<li>Knowledge of MBOX, Prisma and CM360/DCM</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skill</li>
