Overview: The EEG/EKG Technician works under the supervision of the Director and performs Electroencephalogram (EEG), Visual Evoked Potential (VEP), Somatosensory Evoked Potentials (SEP), Electrocardiogram (EKG), Holter Monitor hook-up and scanning. The ability to relate testing knowledge and theory to EEG and EKG procedures and equipment and to interpret results and isolate the most accurate readings are essential.
