Job Description: General Statement of Duties: The senior accountant performs a variety of activities to support the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Accounting, Reporting, Treasury and Payroll systems. Reconciles and manages ISAs with DCAM and the Massachusetts Comptroller's Office. Reconciles and makes recommendations on funding held in state appropriations, cash flow strategies and maintains Banner fund reconciliations. Performs bank reconciliations and complex fund analysis. The incumbent will ensure the timely and accurate reporting of cash activities in accordance with policies and procedures; maintain various accounting records and reporting schedules and conduct reconciliations to ensure compliance. All contractor IT staff are part of DOD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF). This contract is to provide IS Services; to configure IT in accordance with (IAW) Department of Defense (DOD) Secure Recommendation Guides (SRGs) and Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Operate IAW DOD, US Army and WDTC Security Policies and Plans. Document IAW DOD, US Army and WDTC Configuration Control Board (CCB) requirements. Compiles phone &amp; user information in distribution &amp; turn in of devices for reporting. Obtains full Purebred agent accreditation or current DISA utility for credential issuance.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Performs imaging on new and transferred computers. Imaging shall be in accordance with current Army Gold Master (AGM) and DISA Secure Host Baseline (SHB) policies.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Performs system builds on computers using the system image library, as required IAW DSD prioritization based on the test center's requirements for testing.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Logs shall be made available to ISSM/COR/CIO upon request.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Provides user account support to include creating, updating, disabling/deleting, and resetting accounts for Active Directory. Any repairs requiring external support must be coordinated and approved by the Government. May be required to provide assistance to third-party vendors.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Performs data recovery from backups and from damaged data storage devices.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Writes and updates scripts to expedite routine system configuration and software installations/updates and provide those resources to other technicians for uniformity and completeness.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tracks and performs monthly updates of stand-alone computers to include status reporting. Status reports will be in the Contractor format and will be submitted within 4 duty days of the following month.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Maintains one (1) Windows-based print server for approximately 35-50 TNET network printers.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Installs and configures printer drivers on workstations and laptops.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Operates Distributed Test Control Center (DTCC) Ditto Operations Centers (DOCs 1 &amp; 2) in support of local and/or distributed classified and/or unclassified tests, training and other events. The Government anticipates performing this function approximately five (5) times per year up to 10 days per occurrence. The Government will provide 24-hour advance notice of requirement.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Performs software assessment on all software applications not on the DPG-approved software list that are being requested for use. SUMMARY OF POSITION
Organizes, develops and implements a school-based speech-language pathology program by providing direct and consultative services to children with exceptional educational needs and to educational staff when children require speech-language pathology to benefit from special education as regulated by federal, state and local guidelines. Work to improve a speech or language impairment of sound production, voice, fluency, or language that significantly affects educational performance or social emotional or vocational development.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
Essential Functions:

JOB TITLE:&nbsp;Direct Support Professional
JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp;The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will be responsible for the health, safety, and well-being of consumers residing within Astro Concepts Care LLC (ACC) Facility. The DSP will provide a variety of duties related to the overall care of individuals with developmental disabilities. This includes direct supervision of program consumers and implementation of consumer's individual plans and behavior plans. DSPs are required to follow Astro Concepts Care LLC's policy, Title 22, and Title 17 regulations. The DSP must be dependable, patient, and a team player. All DSPs follows the Facility Program Manager's lead and report directly to the Administrator.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
May include but are not limited to the following additional assignments, projects, and duties:

<li>Adheres to the Mission and Statement Purpose of Astro Concepts Care LLC.</li>
<li>Respect consumers' rights and advocate accordingly. Ensure all consumers and staff; demonstrate respect and promote choices for all consumers.</li>
<li>Escort consumers to medical/psych/ therapy appointments. Ensure that all proper documentation is completed, signed, and returned.</li>
<li>Promote consumers' interaction with family members and socialization in the community.</li>
<li>Act as an appropriate role model and support consumers in using appropriate language, appearance, dress, manners, and respect.</li>
<li>Promotes participation and involvement in community outings.</li>
<li>Support consumers in their daily living and assist them with their daily living skills (i.e., including but not limited to cooking, homemaking, banking, shopping, etc.).</li>
<li>Assist consumers with their hygiene, including but not limited to incontinence needs, bathing, dental care, trimming and filing nails, etc.</li>
<li>Assist the Administrator, Manager, or team members in developing consumer objectives and behavior plans when assigned.</li>
<li>Assist with planning and implementing recreational activities with supervisory approval.</li>
<li>Assist in planning healthy, weekly menus according to consumer's dietary needs and preparing daily meals.</li>
<li>Make recommendations regarding the health and well-being of consumers to Astro Concepts Care LLC's Program Manager and Administrator.</li>
<li>Administer, monitor, and document consumer medications according to Astro Concepts Care LLC policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Observes and document consumers for any changes in behavior, health, or mental health status that may have resulted from medication, environment, or life events, etc.</li>
<li>Phone in and pick up prescriptions as needed. Examine all new prescription packaging and labeling to ensure the correct medication is received and conduct pill count.</li>
<li>Operate and maintain household appliances and tools, agency cell phones, fire extinguishers, and other minor residential equipment in a conscientious manner.</li>
<li>Perform housekeeping duties with consumers, including, but not limited to, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, cleaning of bathrooms and laundry, etc.</li>
<li>Provide safe and secure transportation services to residential consumers in accordance with all Astro Concepts Care LLC policies and procedures. Must adhere to all traffic laws and public safety standards.</li>
<li>Must comply with Astro Concepts Care LLC's policy when managing confidential information for Astro Concepts Care LLC and consumers.</li>
<li>Comply to CCL Regulations Title 22 and Regional Regulations Title 17 policy and procedures.</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain documentation with all aspects of Astro Concepts Care LLC consumer's paperwork.</li>
<li>Understand and follow Astro Concepts Care LLC policies and procedures in the event of an emergency.</li>
<li>Follow shift change procedures at the beginning and ending of each shift worked.</li>
<li>Attend all mandatory meetings, including in-house staff meetings and required training.</li>
<li>Participate in the ID Team Meetings in coordinating consumers data, IPP/ISP for semi-annual and annual reviews.</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties and complete projects, as they may be assigned by administrative personnel.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma/GED required.</li>
<li>Must remain professional with Astro Concepts Care LLC's consumers, staff, consultants, and affiliates of Astro Concepts Care LLC, including verbal, written, and via phone.</li>
<li>Must be able to read and write with English proficiency.</li>
<li>Must be able to complete all required training in the required allotted time successfully.</li>
<li>Must be able to multi-task and manage work time efficiently.</li>
<li>Must be CPR and First Aid certified (within two months of hire).</li>
<li>The ability to work flexible hours: weekdays &amp; weekends A.M. and P.M. shifts.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Must be fingerprinted, pass DOJ/FBI background; able to maintain a background clearance. Must pass health screening physical exam and TB clearance.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid California Class C Driver's License to operate an agency or personal vehicles.</li>
<li>Must be insured or able to be insurable by the agency.</li>
<li>Must possess and maintain a clean 24-month driving record (no major traffic violations and not more than two minor traffic violations) to operate agency vehicles.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass drug and alcohol testing.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 35 lbs.; stand and sit for extended periods; bend at the waist and knees; kneel for extended periods.</li>
<li>Must possess the ability to exercise restraint and self-control in potentially volatile situations, including, but not limited to, being confronted verbally or physically in a threatening or aggressive manner by the people receiving support. This also includes the ability to deal with and redirect aggressive behavior.</li>
