1. Admission/Intake Conducts comprehensive assessments of clients referred to the program to determine needs for services and makes treatment recommendations or referrals to other programs to ensure appropriate care.

c. Contacts referral sources and any other appropriate providers to follow up on referrals and to coordinate and plan care. Documents such contacts in the client's record.
d. Completes steps necessary to refer clients to other service providers outside the program or the agency when appropriate and documents those actions in the client's record.
 
2. Treatment. Provides appropriate treatment approaches to help clients attain mutually 
 determined goals. 
 
a. Develops appropriately empathic and supportive relationships with clients as evidenced by data in client files, direct observation, and review of clinical work in supervision.

Knowing the physical details of each property is the first step to proper maintenance and thorough inspections are surest way to become familiar with each property.

<li>Move-in Inspection&nbsp;– Upon taking on the management of a property, and each time before a new tenant moves in, a comprehensive initial inspection sets the standard by which all that follows will be measured.&nbsp; More than just noting the unit’s current condition, a proper inspection should be an inventory as well as a data source for the systems of the home.</li>
<li>Routine Inspections&nbsp;– Periodic visits to the property while tenants are in residence are necessary to ensure the tenants are taking proper care. This is also a good time to identify preventative maintenance items. These inspections allow us to address small issues before they become large problems as well as prepare the owner for maintenance that may need attention in the near future. Occupied property inspections should be conducted no less than once per year.</li>
<li>Move-out Inspection –&nbsp;A “final inspection” must be conducted within 72 hours of the tenant vacating.&nbsp; During this process, the property manager identifies the discrepancies between the Move-in Inspection report and the move-out condition.&nbsp; It is their duty to determine which discrepancy items are beyond reasonable wear and tear as well as missing/changed inventory – both for which the tenant can be charged.</li>

<li>Maintenance and Repairs</li>
</ol>
A Property Manager is responsible for the physical management of the property, including overseeing routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
<ul>
<li>Systems of a Property&nbsp;– Property Managers should have a working knowledge of the basic systems of the property.&nbsp; Understanding how HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, etc. work helps us identify the most effective and responsible solution for issues as they arise.</li>
<li>Repairs&nbsp;– Responding to repair requests is a large part of what we do. Prompt responses to these requests help us minimize secondary damage and liability. When necessary, a Property Manager needs to be “on site” to take control of the situation.</li>

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or recreational industry.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of bowling alley operations and maintenance.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports.</li>
<li>Effective marketing and promotional skills.</li>
<li>Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using management software and point-of-sale systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to recreational facilities.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or a related field is a plus.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2-3 years of managerial experience, preferably in the recreational or hospitality industry.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software quickly.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.</li>
</ul>
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

<li>May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to: second hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant interaction with the general public.</li>
