Job Description: General Statement of Duties: The senior accountant performs a variety of activities to support the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Accounting, Reporting, Treasury and Payroll systems. Reconciles and makes recommendations on funding held in state appropriations, cash flow strategies and maintains Banner fund reconciliations. Performs bank reconciliations and complex fund analysis. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE’S MAIN PURPOSE

Fundraising

Senior Manager, Development Operations

Description:
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the assignment of 
inbound trailers to dock doors while providing exemplary levels of customer service to drivers 
and other visitors. Additionally, the warehouse clerk will be responsible for assigning work to warehouse employees, track key metrics and assist with billing. In this role, the incumbent will assume responsibility for the quality standards and customer service to all visitors to the facility. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for all administrative tasks to support receiving, warehouse operations, shipping and billing.

Position Summary: The Payroll Accounting Clerk is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, and office administrative duties as defined in the job responsibilities listed below. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
Payroll and administrative duties to include:

<li>Enter, review, and process employment actions in ADP Work Force Now including entering new hire information, transfers, promotions, and terminations.</li>
