About the Opportunity Reporting to the President/CEO of The Baker Center, the Senior Director of the Manville School oversees all of Manville School's operations and, with the Manville School leadership team, provides overall leadership and sets the vision for the school. Position Summary/Purpose:
The Washington Performing Arts Advancement team—a creative,lean, and collaborative collective of arts professionals—seeks anexperienced and dynamic Major Gifts Officer (MGO). Experience
<ul>

Bachelor’s degree in the life sciences is required; advanced degree is preferred
</li>
<li>
Minimum of 12 years in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
</li>
<li>
Leadership of a cross-functional oncology drug development team with working knowledge across multiple R&amp;D functions (preclinical, clinical, regulatory, CMC)
</li>
<li>
Clinical development experience required; late-stage clinical experience is preferred
</li>
<li>
Hands on BLA/NDA submission experience is preferred
</li>
<li>
Solid business acumen and understanding of financial concepts
</li>
<li>
Experience working within alliances or with collaboration partners
</li>
<li>
Strategic agility: ability to pivot a team based on emerging and/or incomplete data, business drivers, or competitive landscape

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$198,750.00---$331,250.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
