Requirements
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications

<li>5+ years of video editing experience (long-form and short-form content, ads, trailers, and sizzles).</li>
<li>2+ years of experience with motion graphics and producing post-production content.</li>
<li>Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro X (please indicate experience level with each).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of video codecs, encoding, and file types (JPG, PNG, MOV, MP4, etc.).</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in color correction, sound mixing, and sound design to enhance storytelling impact.</li>
<li>Ability to creatively integrate motion graphics and dynamic links in Adobe applications.</li>
<li>Highly skilled in crafting engaging visual narratives that keep viewers immersed.</li>
<li>Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.</li>

Creative Storytelling &amp; Content Ideation

<li>Proactively pitch video ideas aligned with campaign goals, product launches, and social trends.</li>
<li>Support planned shoots and initiate new video concepts, shoots, or creator collaborations as needed. </li>

Video Editing &amp; Post-Production
<ul>
<li>Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos for social media, advertising, and website use.</li>
<li>Repurpose existing content to create thumb-stopping, scroll-stopping short-form videos.</li>
<li>Enhance videos with motion graphics, sound, transitions, and visual effects.</li>
<li>Apply advanced post-production techniques, including noise reduction, sharpening, retouching, and color grading using custom LUTs. </li>

Channel Optimization &amp; Asset Delivery
