Lead Decision Support Analyst (Principal Financial Analyst)

About the Positions
To meet areas of university strategic growth in global graduate education and impact, New hires will join an excellent, experienced and dynamic faculty and staff highly committed to exceptional education and student experience, the School for Professional Studies at Saint Louis University is seeking multiple, full-time faculty in the areas of information systems, cybersecurity, analytics, research methods and related disciplines.
All are open-rank, non-tenure track full-time faculty positions, with a nine-month contract running from August to May (renewed annually, with multi-year contracts possible after the first year). Candidates will teach up to seven graduate-level courses during the daytime with the bulk of the teaching occurring on campus. However, there is the possibility to teach select online sections if need dictates. There are also potential summer, flexible, online teaching opportunities.
As these are primarily teaching roles, research is supported but not required. However, active researchers and those with grants may be eligible for a reduction in teaching load. For interested faculty, potential or partial reduction in teaching load to maintain industry/professional practice in related area of expertise is an option. Additional expectations include limited service to support the program and School for Professional Studies as assigned by the appropriate Program Director in consultation with the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.

Full-Time Faculty in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Analytics and Research Methods

PHI’s Senior Workforce Intervention Specialist works to improve job quality for direct care workers by contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of PHI’s practice-based employment and training models. As a part of PHI’s Workforce Innovations Team (WIT), they will specialize in leading engagements related to operationalizing and evaluating meaningful advancement opportunities that expand the direct care career ladder; additionally, they may support programs aimed at strengthening recruitment and retention practices, creating a coaching culture, developing adult-learner centered training, and assessing direct care job quality. Outstanding skills in critical thinking, proactive leadership, written and verbal communication, relationship building, and workforce and organizational development are essential for success in this role. &nbsp;
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Lead the implementation of PHI practice-based job quality interventions, including creating and maintaining work plans and timelines, managing partner relationships, executing project activities, and reporting progress to PHI’s Vice President of Workforce Innovations through verbal and written communication.</li>
<li>Build and manage relationships with numerous strategic workforce partners – including long-term care employers, payors, advocates, and others - to support collaboration and the successful integration of job quality practices.</li>
<li>Provide technical assistance and consulting to project-based partners to support program design, implementation, and evaluation; this will include intensive, hands-on support to project partners to assess and modify organizational practices in support of implementing and maintaining workplace environments conducive to high-quality direct care jobs.</li>
<li>Routinely meet programmatic deadlines and proactively communicate impediments to the Vice President of Workforce Innovations.</li>
<li>Produce high-quality project deliverables in line with PHI and WIT acceptance criteria including PowerPoint slide deck presentations, external and internal reports, project worksheets, assessment tools, workflows, and other items as needed to meet project goals.</li>
<li>Plan, facilitate, and document meetings, informational sessions, webinars and other interactions with external partners; this could include coordinating planning with WIT and other PHI staff members, sending meeting invitations and conferencing information to attendees, creating and disseminating agendas, facilitation, documenting and archiving associated notes, and establishing next steps.</li>
<li>Collaborate with WIT staff to coordinate team roles, optimize efficiency, and meet project goals.</li>
<li>Work with WIT staff to support the development of PHI’s online and in-person workforce training curricula; act as a subject matter expert to inform the creation of contextualized content that reflects the lived experiences of workers within a PHI intervention.</li>

The Associate Dean will play a crucial role in leadership for the College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) in the years ahead. The Associate Dean collaborates with the Dean and CEPS Administrative team on planning and implementing college strategic initiatives. The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. The Associate Dean also serves on a variety of college and university committees and acts in the Dean's absence.&nbsp;

Minimum Qualifications Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in a discipline associated with programs represented in the College of Education and Professional Studies. A record of teaching effectiveness, professional leadership, and scholarship sufficient to support tenure in one of the CEPS’s academic departments. <li>Under general supervision operate, monitor, and maintain landfill gas migration control/recovery systems;</li>
<li>Calibrate, operate and maintain sensitive electronic data collection devices in order to optimize the landfill gas collected from the wellfield.</li>
<li>Collect data from wellfield extraction and environmental monitoring locations;</li>
<li>Perform wellfield valve/vacuum adjustments, data collection and maintenance; interpret data;</li>
<li>Develop a general understanding of environmental regulations related to GCCS operations.</li>
<li>Assist with small construction projects including pipe and valve installation;</li>
<li>Use Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) or High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) piping materials and associated equipment to perform maintenance on piping systems.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2+ years' experience in a related field;</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Data analysis skills</li>
<li>Mechanical skills and attention to detail are crucial;</li>
<li>On the spot troubleshooting skills are a must;</li>
<li>Ability to exert physical effort in handling objects up to 50 pounds on occasion;</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors approximately 75% of each workday; work involves exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements;</li>
<li>Ability to walk over steep and rough terrain for considerable distances on a daily basis;</li>
<li>Required to wear personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hardhat, safety boots, safety vest, personal multi-gas monitor, etc.) in accordance with company Health and Safety standards;</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record;</li>
<li>Ability to travel to sites in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts on a weekly basis</li>
<li>2-5 overnights per month as needed</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in the field in varying weather conditions with strict adherence to operating procedures and safety policies; and</li>
<li>High school diploma/GED.</li>
