The Department of Biology at California State University San Bernardino invites applications for a tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Biology with research expertise in organismal plant biology with an emphasis on structure and function to begin August 2024. The Associate Dean will play a crucial role in leadership for the College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) in the years ahead. The Associate Dean collaborates with the Dean and CEPS Administrative team on planning and implementing college strategic initiatives. The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. The Associate Dean also serves on a variety of college and university committees and acts in the Dean's absence.&nbsp;

As a Live Answering Service, we answer incoming calls for 500+ businesses 24/7 as remote receptionists and dispatchers. Our live answering service helps our business customers to provide better, 24/7 service for their customers.

TELEPHONE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Answer calls and take messages on a computer</li>
<li>Use Apello's software to determine what information to collect from callers.</li>
<li>Use Apello's software to determine when and how to relay messages to our clients (phone, text, email etc.)</li>
<li>Give out information to callers as directed</li>
<li>Interact with callers in a courteous, professional and helpful manner</li>
</ul>
Work Schedule:
Full or Part Time
Work between 3:00 pm-midnight
Must work Saturday variable hours
Requirements:
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Apello provides service 24/7, 365 days per year. Telephone Operators are required to work:
Weekends:
One weekend day EVERY week - either Saturday or Sunday. See specific requirements above. This is every week. It is NOT rotating.
Holidays:
Apello provides service on ALL major holidays. Telephone Operators are required to work on some holidays.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Good grammar and spelling</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>

<li>Detail Oriented</li>
<li>Ability to make good decisions in the absence of specific instructions</li>

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

<li>Previous work experience preferred</li>
