About the Role:
As the Business Development Manager for Technology Alliances, you will be working with highly strategic ISVs to align on company strategy, navigating large and complex business arrangements with the focus of helping your partners generate partner sourced revenue for CrowdStrike.&nbsp;
To meet and exceed your individual quota, you will work with Technology Partners on generating pipeline through sales teaming, events, joint marketing such as joint media and PR, and selling motions. What You’ll Do:

Stay informed of the partners changing business strategy, roadmap, sales and partner priorities and ensure these are communicated to colleagues and relevant stakeholders internally, with plans updated as needed.

The Department of History at Santa Clara University,a Jesuit, Catholic university,&nbsp;seeks applications for a tenure-track assistant professorship (full-time) in the history of the American West with research and teaching interests in the history of technology in the 20th and 21st centuries, the history of California, and/or the history of Silicon Valley, to begin fall 2024. Applicants are strongly encouraged to discuss how their research and teaching intersect with and leverage our location in Santa Clara Valley on the site of the historic Spanish mission Santa Clara, built on the ancestral lands of the Ohlone and the Muwekma Ohlone peoples. SCU is on the quarter system and faculty are expected to teach 6 courses per year (2 each quarter), assuming they are engaged in an active scholarship program.

We seek a historian who can engage with the broader social, demographic, and environmental forces that transformed the “Valley of Heart’s Delight” into “Silicon Valley.” We are particularly interested in a scholar with expertise in digital humanities and public history. Historians who are able to take a long view of the development of northern California from its earliest and persistent Indigenous inhabitants to the technological transformation of the 20th and 21st centuries are especially welcome. We are also looking for historians who can connect the history of technology and the computer industry to various dynamics of the 20th and 21st centuries that it has affected. Such intersections could include the environmental and social impacts of technological development and modern capitalism; . data justice, surveillance, and control; labor and migration shifts, particularly immigration from Asia; and problems of race and gender equity in technology fields. The successful candidate will be able to help our students critically assess popular narratives about the technology industry and its role in our society and develop a complex understanding of its impact on the social and historical dynamics of the modern world.&nbsp;

The College of Arts &amp; Sciences is currently conducting its third cluster hire in the area of Inequality &amp; Social Justice. It is possible that the person hired for this position will be included in the Fall 2024 cohort if their research/teaching is a strong fit. Cluster hire participants will receive mentorship and regular group meetings providing peer support and an interdisciplinary intellectual community to support their scholarly and creative work.

4. Provide informed advice and mentoring to undergraduate students.

Research
1. Develop a research program at SCU that will result in the publication of peer-reviewed publications, monographs, and/or creative work per the department scholarship standards.

The Law Library supports the curricular and teaching requirements of the Law School, the research and publication needs of the law faculty, and the study and research needs of the law students; and provides to the scholarly community at large access to a research collection of material about the law and its history. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;
Oversees, coordinates, and/or performs activities of the Office of Legal Technology &amp; Instructional Services, which includes coordination of workflow, training and evaluation of staff, and oversight of personnel issues.
Instructional Services

<li>Serves as subject matter expert for law pedagogy, legal technology, and related topics; creates an overall strategic vision to improve the student experience through the integration of technology into the curriculum, integrates Law Library services and instructional programs into Law School initiatives with a focus on legal practice technologies</li>

<li>Oversees library’s digital initiatives such as digital content creation, online exhibits, and web publishing; oversees content sharing via the library website, LibGuides, and the law school portal; ensures search engine optimization, accessibility and security compliance for all library managed online platforms</li>

The Associate Director of Industry Relations will report directly to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Corporate and Foundation Relations. The position also works closely with and takes some direction from the Engineering Research Center Director of the Carbon Utilization Redesign for Biomanufacturing-Empowered Decarbonization (CURB) and McKelvey’s Director of Industry Relations. The Associate Director of Industry Relations will advance an innovation ecosystem that optimizes industry engagement in the university’s research endeavors with a primary focus on the needs of industry engagement for CURB. Job Description 
Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

Manage membership engagement for existing CURB industry members by sending regular communications, executing membership agreements, organizing IAB meetings and symposiums, arranging industry visits, and addressing inquiries from industry members.</li>
<li>Partnership Development: Develop and implement strategies to discover and attract new industry engagement to benefit the university’s research ecosystem while prioritizing CURB-related research and educational programs.</li>

Maintain a calendar of up-coming opportunities for industry to engage with federal grant opportunities. <li>Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on industrial collaborations, outcomes, and metrics, including those related to CURB membership, technology transfers, patents, and student involvement in innovation programs. Prepare comprehensive reports of industry collaborations, including those needed for submission to the National Science Foundation.</li>
<li>Marketing and Outreach: Working with the appropriate Office of Marketing and Communications Office, identify the university-wide marketing needs to target opportunities for industry engagement in research collaborations. Additionally, specifically determine the marketing requirements for developing outreach materials and other communications in support of CURB in collaboration with McKelvey’s Office of Marketing and Communications.</li>
