Job Summary: As a Building Automation Programmer, you will leverage your mastery of Schneider Electric EBO to design, program, and commission building automation systems for HVAC, lighting, and other integrated systems.  Qualifications:

<li>Proven expertise in Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO), including programming, configuration, and commissioning.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of HVAC control systems, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.), and building automation system architecture.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and control drawings and specifications.</li>
<li>Experience with integration of third-party devices and equipment into BAS platforms.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.</li>

The shift and schedule for this position will be 11pm-7am, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:
• In a safe manner, start up, regulate, repair, and shut down equipment. • Ensure equipment operates safely and within established limits by monitoring attached meters, gauges, and computerized controls. • Use of hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance ranging from a complete overhaul to replacing defective valves, gaskets, or bearings in a safe manner. • Record relevant events and facts concerning operation and maintenance in an equipment log. • Audit safety device and identify and troubleshoot any problem areas. • Test and chemically treat hydronic systems to prevent corrosion and harmful deposits. • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
• Advanced technical skills in HVAC Daiken McQuay and Data Aire Units and the ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner for high profile tenants. • Ability to commission and service complex semi hermetic compressors for all package units. • Must be proficient in multi-stage direct expansion (DX) water cooled packaged A/C units and modular chiller systems. • Proficient in all aspects of pumping systems, steam heating systems and HVAC systems • Must be knowledgeable of Schneider Electric Andover Continuum BATC system/eco structure or its equivalent BMS and possess advanced knowledge of start-up procedures. • Daiken certified preferred with advanced experience in HVAC repairs. • Will be required to obtain several COF's: A-35, F-01, P-98, G-60, S-12, S-14
• Minimum of 4 -6 years of HVAC/electrical experience – that encompasses troubleshooting, reading schematics and wiring diagrams. Must possess ability to utilize analytic tools such as IR scanners, digital meters, and refrigerant gauges. • Physical ability to climb ladders and lift to 75 lbs. on a regular basis, operate power tools.

About the role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Center NOC Technician to join our Network Operations team. This role will focus on monitoring, maintaining, and supporting critical infrastructure operations with a strong emphasis on DCIM platforms, backend data center management tools, and mechanical/electrical systems—particularly within modular and edge data center environments. You will be a key player in ensuring uptime, performance, and operational efficiency across distributed data center deployments. This role is intended to grow with scale. We will be looking for a candidate that shows a growth mindset leaning into Armada's edge support roadmap.
Location. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office. 
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
<ul>
<li>Infrastructure Monitoring &amp; Support:</li>
<ul>
<li>Monitor physical infrastructure using PLC/BMS/DCIM tools (e.g., Distech, RadixIOT/Mango, Schneider etc.).</li>
<li>Respond to alerts and incidents related to power, cooling, network, and environmental conditions.</li>
<li>Provide tier-2 support for escalations from L1 technicians; escalate to engineering or facilities teams as necessary.</li>
<li>Lead and manage the lifecycle of incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication to stakeholders</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and refinement of monitoring dashboards and alerting thresholds</li>
<li>Experience with specific critical infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Distech, RadixIOT/Mango, Schneider, Siemons, etc.)</li>
</ul>
<li>Data Center Operations:</li>
<ul>
<li>Conduct regular site checks and health inspections of critical infrastructure including UPS systems, CRAC/CRAH units, PDUs, and backup generators.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with a working knowledge of MEP systems.</li>
<li>Coordinate maintenance activities and remote hands support for edge deployments.</li>
<li>Participate in change management processes, assessing the impact of proposed changes on NOC operations and infrastructure stability</li>
<li>Adhere to and enforce physical and logical security policies and procedures within the data center environment</li>
</ul>
<li>Modular/Edge Data Centers:</li>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and support modular data center environments (e.g., containerized or micro data centers).</li>
<li>Ensure continuity and resiliency in distributed, often remote, infrastructure.</li>
<li>Implement best practices for remote infrastructure monitoring and fault response.</li>
</ul>
<li>Toolset and Documentation:</li>
<ul>
<li>Utilize backend management systems for logging, analysis, ticketing, and incident tracking (e.g., Grafana, Zoho Desk, Zenduty, ServiceNow, Jira, SolarWinds, etc.).</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of configurations, incidents, changes, and routine tasks.</li>
<li>Support automation and reporting efforts related to infrastructure performance and uptime.</li>
<li>Assist in gathering data for compliance and audit requests</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and refinement of monitoring dashboards and alerting thresholds</li>
<li>Lead and manage the lifecycle of incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication to stakeholders</li>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in a NOC or data center operations role.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of PLC/BMS/DCIM platforms and backend management tools.</li>
<li>Experience supporting mechanical and electrical systems in data centers.</li>
<li>Familiarity with modular or edge data center environments is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of networking, power/cooling infrastructure, and monitoring protocols.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams (e.g., electrical one-lines, network schematics).</li>
<li>Comfortable with shift-based or on-call rotation work, including weekends and nights.</li>
<li>Experience with specific critical infrastructure monitoring tools mentioned (e.g., Distech, RadixIOT/Mango, Schneider)</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Certifications such as CDCTP, CDCP, CompTIA Server+, or similar.</li>
<li>Experience with remote site support and environmental sensors (IoT integrations is a plus).</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments.</li>
<li>Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation and log parsing.</li>

Compensation
For U.S. Based candidates: To ensure fairness and transparency, the starting base salary range for this role for candidates in the U.S. are listed below, varying based on location experience, skills, and qualifications.

 Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Controls/BAS Project Engineer to join a leader in Building Integration that’s located in the Pittsburgh area.
