Summary:

CORE FUNCTIONS:

<li>Performs a variety of assigned cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, scrubbing, disinfecting, vacuuming, and polishing according to departmental policy and procedures. Must plan the completion of these tasks daily.</li>

Position Summary
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the property remain clean, safe, and inviting. This role performs daily cleaning, litter removal, restroom sanitizing, and support tasks across common areas, walkways, restrooms, and service courts. Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities

<li>Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including sidewalks, courtyards, restrooms, and service corridors.</li>
<li>Empty, clean, and reline trash and recycling receptacles throughout the property; wipe and disinfect exteriors daily.</li>
<li>Sweep, mop, and pressure wash walkways and service areas on a rotating schedule.</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize public restrooms; replenish paper, soap, and other supplies.</li>
<li>Clean and polish glass, mirrors, and fixtures; high and low dusting of vents, ledges, and light fixtures.</li>

<li>Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment including sweepers, pressure washers, blowers, and utility vehicles.</li>

Ox-Bow as an artist-built community is dedicated to the preservation of time and space for arts education, research, practice, and community building for artists at all stages of their artistic journey.
 
The Retail Associate will assist customers at Ox-Bow House in Douglas, Michigan. The Associate assists with store operations, including helping customers with purchases and questions about Ox-Bow School of Art and Artists Residency. The Associate will help keep the store clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. The Associate will report when inventory and/or supplies are running low. The Associate provides excellent customer service, representing Ox-Bow in a positive light and playing an important role in the store's overall success. The Associate will be a strong communicator who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Ox-Bows programs and mission, and will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The Associate works directly with the Retail &amp; Program Manager, the Deputy Director, and other staff to ensure a cohesive working environment.

This position is 12 hours on average per week, but could be between 6-20 hours occasionally. The position will be set hours, ideally every Thursday and Saturday with the flexibility to cover other days as needed on occasion. Weekend availability is required. The position will be mainly report to Ox-Bow House in Douglas, but will require occasional support of events at our campus in Saugatuck.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description 
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Promote and support our high-quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling, building loyalty and long-lasting relationships with our customers. This is achieved by promoting the Red Wing Shoe Company’s Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), selling our premium products, and providing conscientious customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Guide each customer through RWSC’s Ultimate Fit Experience</li>
<li>Provide appropriate accessory recommendation, educate customers on the benefits of each</li>
<li>Generate Industrial Sales Leads</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals</li>
<li>Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards</li>
