This role involves working closely with customers to guide them through the onboarding process, provide product demonstrations, and address any questions or concerns they may have. The Customer Onboarding Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for new customers, ensuring their successful adoption and integration of our products or services.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Guide customers through the onboarding process, providing step-by-step instructions and personalized support.</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and functionalities of our products or services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions.</li>
<li>Identify and anticipate customer needs, proactively offering solutions and recommendations to enhance their onboarding experience.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Monitor customer progress and adoption rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive customer success.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation, ensuring all interactions are properly logged.</li>

Desired Skills &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or related roles is preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) products or services is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Experience in providing customer support or technical assistance is a plus.</li>
<li>A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.</li>

Working Conditions 
Customer Onboarding Specialist will work both in a typical office environment (sitting at a computer for an extended period of time) and may require travel to customer locations when necessary.

We are seeking an Onboarding Recruiter Specialist to work out of our Albuquerque, NM branch and provide candidates and employees with a seamless transition into our company through the delivery of an overall exceptional onboarding experience.
The pay for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience.

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Screen candidate applications, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.</li>
<li>Guide new hires through pre-employment processes, including pre-employment drug screening and physical if needed.</li>
<li>Manage offer letters and coordinate paperwork completion to create a smooth process between candidates and our HR team.</li>
<li>Assist hiring managers with establishing email addresses for new members and ordering company equipment such as cell phones and pay cards.</li>
<li>Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation PowerPoint presentation.</li>
<li>Ensure new hire paperwork is completed including I-9 verification.</li>
<li>Review company policies with new employees and collect signatures as a commitment to compliance.</li>
<li>Complete all required harassment training during onboarding, ensuring the workplace remains a respectful and positive space.</li>
<li>Serve as the go-to person for new hires, answering questions and collaborating with hiring managers to provide the support they need.</li>
<li>Deliver and document safety and compliance training for new team members.</li>

What We Need from You:
<ul>
<li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Associate’s degree in Human Resources preferred.</li>
<li>Preferred 2-3 years of experience with an emphasis on recruiting and onboarding.</li>
<li>Skilled in handling interactions with employees at all levels and the general public, both on the phone and in person, tactfully and in a courteous manner.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and accuracy are critical to succeed in this role.</li>
<li>Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking in front others.</li>
