The Certified Coding Specialist Sr (HCC-Medicare and Medi-Cal) will be responsible for assisting with all Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) projects and Medi-Cal Annual Wellness Visit Initiative Program. <li>Conducts in depth retrospective and prospective medical record audits to assess the accuracy of ICD-10 CM coding for chronic conditions as it pertains to HCC for CalOptima Health Community Network (CHCN), PACE providers and delegated health networks.</li>
<li>Tracks all network HCC activities, including training, audit results and evaluating future outcomes, which includes monitoring performance improvement of network providers by observing patterns and trends and recommending solutions to the manager.</li>
<li>Reviews medical record information to identify all appropriate coding CMS HCC categories and DHCS coding and monitors the DHCS and CMS websites for updates.</li>
<li>Reviews additional data identified from audits to ensure timely data entry for CMS sweeps.</li>
<li>Identifies providers for education and training opportunities following ICD-10-CM coding guidelines based on HCC audit results and Medi-Cal Annual Wellness Visit Initiative Program and reports findings to the Manager.</li>
<li>Assists with CMS Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) and Office of Inspector General (OIG) audits, including workflow or data collection requirements and creating and maintaining HCC audit results when applicable.</li>

I. I. General Summary Responsible for overall control of safety and health for all plant aspects including, but not limited to, OSHA and state related safety compliance, team member health and wellness, and workers' compensation. Act as plant liaison with governmental agencies and serves as the plant representative in case of injuries, inspections, etc. to correct deficiencies and minimize impact on the plant. 2. Attend necessary seminars and training to maintain and update skills in industrial safety and federal and state occupational safety and health laws and regulations. C. Develop, implement, and manage safety policies, programs, and procedures that will reduce frequency and severity of personal injuries and illnesses. 1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures based on program needs, laws and regulations, and TBA/TBJ standards. 2. Assist Group Leaders with the evaluation of safety problems and team members' safety recommendations and complaints. Recommend corrective measures accordingly. 3. Perform periodic safety and compliance audits including identifying and promptly informing management of compliance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities. 4. Perform accident investigations and implements countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence. Head of Legal Technology & Instructional Services

I. General Summary: Coordinates and delivers on all Human Resources (HR) matters including planning and organization of company events as well as company sponsored community programs. Perform clerical duties to ensure timely and accurate human resources administration. Provide broad level administration support for HR policies, programs, procedures, and services II. Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner; communicate across all levels of the organization (local and group companies) 3. Plan, organize and execute team member communications; monthly calendar and bi-weekly plant dispatch publications, and bulletin board. 4. Assist in scheduling and organizing content for the monthly plant-wide meeting F. Manage visitor protocol and approval policy 1. Envoy system best practice - visitor record retention and contractor safety compliance 2. Maintain badge system and badge approval for permanent and temporary employees as well as visitors. G. Collaborate with HR Specialists to create practices that consolidate processes and optimize efficiencies. H. Provide general plant administrative support. a. Prepare outgoing mail and sort and distribute incoming mail. b. Complete filing, correspondence, meeting preparations, and other administrative support functions for office staff. c. Provide refreshments to customers and meeting participants as needed. I. Supports the organization and development of training room(s), multimedia visual aids, testing and evaluating procedures, and other educational materials. 1. Coordinates and monitor training room(s) and area(s). 2. Assists with maintaining training records and documents. 3. Assists with coordinating training with outside sources, such as corporate trainers and technical and professional schools. J. Follow safety, quality, confidentiality, and information security policies and procedures. K. Other duties as required in support of the business. III. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Education: • Associate's degree in Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Qualifications
