The Role
We are seeking a talented Media Buyer (Paid Social Specialist) to join our team and take charge of our clients' paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in META (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns for both ecommerce businesses as well as lead-based businesses. Bonus points for experience with other paid social platforms, such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest. The Digital Media Buyer is integral in the managing, optimizing, and expanding search efforts for Bluewater Media’s clients. Job Description:

* Strong process orientation, with experience building and continuously improving business processes that deliver results. 
* Experience building a strong ping tree with the most valuable lead buyers in each vertical, with a predetermined logic that maximizes the accepted leads and average revenue per lead.

What You’ll Do 
The Coordinator, Social Media and Digital Content supports the execution of social media strategies and digital content initiatives across markets, including Apparel Markets, Formal Markets, Atlanta Market, Las Vegas Market, High Point Market, and shoulder Markets.
