POSITION SUMMARY: As an HRIS Analyst, your core responsibility revolves around managing the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platforms within the HR departmental use. This involves overseeing data entry processes, maintaining the integrity of HR data, generating insightful reports, and providing technical support to users across the HR department. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that all HRIS function seamlessly and efficiently to support HR operations and strategic decision-making.
Data management is a key focus of your work. You'll regularly conduct audits to verify data accuracy and compliance within all systems, implementing robust validation protocols to uphold data integrity standards. Collaborating closely with HR and Payroll teams, you'll ensure that the information stored in the system is up-to-date, reliable, and compliant with internal policies as well as regulatory requirements.
Your involvement extends beyond routine operations to encompass system enhancements and upgrades. Collaborating with IT specialists, you'll identify opportunities for improving system functionalities, deploy new features, and ensure smooth integration with other organizational systems. This proactive approach enhances the overall effectiveness and usability of the HRIS, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in data analysis and reporting. By leveraging HRIS-generated data, you'll derive actionable insights, create meaningful reports, and provide valuable recommendations to HR and business leaders. These insights empower decision-makers to drive strategic initiatives, optimize HR processes, and align organizational goals with actionable data-driven strategies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITITES:

<li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS platform, including data entry, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data, conducting regular audits and implementing data validation processes.</li>
<li>Generate and analyze HR data reports to provide insights and support decision-making for HR and business leaders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Payroll, IT and HR teams to identify system improvement opportunities, implement new features, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.</li>
<li>Provide training and support to HRIS users, including troubleshooting issues and assisting with system navigation.</li>
<li>Ensure HRIS compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including data privacy and security standards.</li>
<li>Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and workflows, proposing and implementing solutions to streamline operations.</li>
<li>Liaise with various system vendors for system updates, upgrades, and resolving technical issues.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of HRIS processes, procedures, and system configurations.</li>
<li>Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects such as system migrations, implementations, and upgrades.</li>
<li>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, recommending and implementing innovations where applicable.</li>
<li>Work closely with Payroll, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of HRIS strategies with organizational goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Support change initiatives related to HRIS implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.</li>
<li>Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights for strategic planning and decision-making.</li>
<li> Investigate and resolve HRIS issues reported by users, escalating complex issues as needed.</li>

EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>An advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related is preferred, but not required.</li>
<li>Minimum Bachelor’s degree - Graduate from an accredited school. Area of emphasis: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related degree. </li>
<li>Alternatively minimum Associate degree - Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in HRIS administration, data management, compliance, or HR operations.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated success working within a not-for-profit, face paced environment.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.</li>
<li>Experience working with multi-state, multi-location environments preferred</li>
<li>ADP Workforce Now Specialist – Proficiency Certification preferred </li>
<li>The incumbent may need to travel to other LIIF offices, currently in San Francisco, Los Angeles, DC, Atlanta, New York and affiliates in Ohio.</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License Required - Driving to meetings and/or events may be necessary.</li>

Frost Brown Todd LLP, a national law firm with 1000+ legal and business professionals in sixteen offices, is currently searching for a full-time Human Resources Assistant to join our firm. The Human Resources Assistant will provide support of day-to-day human resources operations to the HR/Benefits Department, including background checks for new hires, employee onboarding, records management, personnel data entry and reporting, special projects, and administrative duties.
Job responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Processing background checks for all incoming attorney new hires and providing backup coverage for business professional new hires when needed.</li>
<li>Preparing new hire orientation schedules for all new hire business professionals using a shared new hire orientation calendar. Sending calendar invites, establishing Microsoft Teams connections, and securing conference rooms. Working with managers and practice group leaders to identify mentors and meeting participants for individual orientation sessions. Collaborating with the legal talent department administrators and coordinators to maintain cohesive and effective programming regardless of the new employee’s position.</li>
<li>Supporting the onboarding function by performing duties that include, but are not limited to, preparing new hire manual for all new business professionals, preparing benefits materials for all new business professionals and attorneys, and sending to appropriate office manager.</li>

<li>Assisting with the coordination of internal HR sponsored training sessions for business professionals, including program announcements, RSVPs, room reservations, ordering food/refreshments, arranging room set-up and necessary technology. </li>
<li>Answering human resources inquiries related to policies and procedures; referring complex matters to appropriate HR team members. </li>
<li>Creating and maintaining a master list of recurring annual projects along with due dates and timeframes based on historical information. Updating annually and keeping the HR team advised well in advance of upcoming project targets.</li>

<li>Working on special projects, which may include conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports as needed to support human resources initiatives.</li>
