Danville Community College developed from two institutions, Danville Technical Institute and the Danville Division of Virginia Polytechnic Institute opened in 1936 as Danville Textile School, becoming Danville Technical Institute just after World War II. The Danville Division of Virginia Polytechnic Institute first began as an engineering division in 1946 and was later expanded to include the first two years of course work for all engineering, business administration, liberal arts, and science majors. Beginning in the summer of 1966, all programs taught by Danville Technical Institute were brought under the Virginia Department of Community Colleges. <li>Work with Administrative Services budget analyst to prepare budget requests by projecting resource needs and preparing required documentation. </li>

<li>Maintain knowledge of financial contract requirements/deliverables and ensure that these are timely fulfilled.</li>
<li>Work with the Behavioral Health Operations Team to research and applies for grants and other funding/revenue sources to finance services provided in programs.</li>

Quality Assurance and Program Development Supports supervisors and ensures that data drives decision making, alongside adherence to department mission and values, trauma-informed and person-centered care, and evidence-based practices.
<ul>
<li>Use data, client, and community input to inform decision-making and design actionable solutions to challenges, optimizing the services and supports provided by the division.</li>
<li>Work with Behavioral Health Operations Team and Quality Assurance Coordinator to assess program-level performance and quality gaps; initiate continuous quality improvement projects; make data-driven program development recommendations to the executive leadership team.</li>

Program Manager - Youth and Family Services - Relocation Offered

The Operations Manager identifies needed improvements for business processes and operations to increase overall productivity, increase efficiencies and lower sales costs. This position is also responsible for creating processes and procedures to meet business objectives for the location.

Salary and Benefits

Location
Provide staff are remote workers, and we do not have a physicallocation. This remote position is only for applicants based in theUnited States who can work with others on a remote team.

About the Hiring Process
Selected candidates can expect one 60-minute screening and twoone-hour-long ‘deep dive’ panel interviews with various Providestaff. Final candidates will be asked to submit a technicalexercise relevant to the position. Specific instructions will beprovided to finalist candidates. Final candidates will becompensated $200 for time spent on the technical exercise.
  
Timeline

<li>Screening interviews will be on a rolling basis beginning onMay 7th, with the final interview and technical presentations to becompleted by June 14th.</li>
<li>Provide will extend an offer no later than June 17th</li>
<li>The start date is July 8th.</li>
