About the Role 
This individual will assist the maintenance dept. in maintaining RDC Commercials office spaces. The Light Construction Assistant will work as an assistant to general laborers, assist in carpentry, painting, and plumbing etc. Assist in moving supplies, site cleanup and occasional admin support. Also, all other duties assigned by Management.
Key Responsibilities 
∙ Maintained safety conditions and standards in the facility. 
∙ Routine check all buildings and ensure buildings are locked and properly secure. ∙ Perform routine vertical patrols inside aforementioned buildings, document any and all abnormalities with a notification to management if warranted. 
∙ Respond to “Off Hours” contact intercom systems to acknowledge and provide responses as needed. 
∙ Work with other maintenance staff on special in-house projects. Follow proper handling procedures for chemical cleaning and power equipment usage 
∙ Replace ceiling tiles and light bulbs as needed 
∙ Perform basic repairs to plumbing systems such as snake out drain sewer and waste line as needed, replace broken locks etc. 
∙ Knowledge of record-keeping heating and cooling in buildings. 
∙ Survey the HVAC system following guidelines with required tasks 
o Identified when the roof HVAC units are not operational and report it to the supervisors o Reduced downtime by preventative maintenance that will extend the life of machinery and equipment. 
∙ Must be able to frequently lift and carry materials as needed 
∙ Ability to work independently to accomplish the repair task 
∙ Working with a supervisor using a power equipment and tools

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for providing quality guest service within the guidelines specified by hotel management. This role oversees the daily operations of the Front Desk to maintain a high level of guest service and provide support for the line level Guest Service Representatives.
The essential hospitality standards must be used at all times when addressing guests and employees: eye contact, smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation, and use of the guest’s name.
It is quite possible that an early arrival or a late departure may be needed to assist with hotel operations. If business dictates, the schedule will be modified to allow the best possible coverage.
While no job description can possibly provide a comprehensive list of job duties, the following is a summary of the major responsibilities for the position.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet with the guest service representatives and read through the shift report daily to retrieve and act upon pertinent information or incidents
</li>

Assist with all front desk functions and daily routines, including streamlining activities to make them most effective and efficient
</li>
<li>
Professionally communicate with other departments via telephone, radio, email, or internet applications to ensure that that hotel services are coordinated to provide the best in guest and employee satisfaction
</li>
<li>
Review all arrivals noting any special requests or past challenges, communicate with appropriate departments to complete necessary tasks
</li>
<li>
Balance the house room types and assess whether any guest relocation will be necessary
</li>
<li>
Continuously build knowledge and rapport with the local restaurants, amenities, clubs, florists, and other services that might be available for guests
</li>
<li>
Assist guests with making future reservations, arrange for any requests as needed
</li>
<li>
Assist other departments when needed or when instructed by immediate supervisors
</li>
<li>
Appropriately respond to guest reviews on all booking platforms, address issues and ensure guest satisfaction has been achieved
</li>
<li>
Respond to all future, present, and past guest complaints and rectify issues where needed
</li>
<li>
Create a working schedule for the front desk team, releasing it two weeks in advance and notifying direct supervisor of any scheduling problems or special requests
</li>
<li>
Monitor front desk staff for adherence to all hotel policies
</li>
<li>
Arrange varying front desk trainings and monthly meetings
</li>
<li>
Maintain appropriate par levels of front desk and guest experience supplies
</li>
<li>
Follow established key control and PCI compliance policies
</li>
<li>
Maintain current safety knowledge and be able to assist with Fire &amp; Emergency procedures
</li>
<li>
Complete guest and employee incident reports as necessary while communicating with direct supervisor
</li>
<li>
Lead by example at all times, setting the proper positive example for the hotel team
</li>
<li>

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position acts as MOD when the Executive Management team is not present, overseeing line level roles present at the property. Direct reports are the Guest Service Representative and the Night Auditor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:

High School Graduation or equivalent

Experience:

2 + years Guest Service Supervisor experience in full service, luxury, or boutique hotels or appropriate equivalent

Schedule &amp; Location:
BioMatrix Specialty Infusion Pharmacy is seeking a Part-Time Per Diem Infusion Nurse to see patients in their homes or infusion suites. It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work in one of the metropolitan-area locations noted in the posting. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
Job Description:
A Registered Nurse for Home Infusion inserts, monitors and removes an IV used to give medications, blood products and nutrition to a patient. During the IV therapy, the nurse monitors the patient for adverse reactions and ensures that the tubing, bandages and needle stay in place. When a patient needs blood levels checked, an IV nurse performs a veinous phlebotomy. During the entire IV therapy process, the nurse obtains sets of vital signs, completes the physical assessment and review of systems, documents all patient-related activities and records the medications they use.
Provides and coordinates all aspects of staffing services to the patient with the assistance of the Company Directors, Nursing Coordinator and the Director of Nursing. Communicates with the patients to determine problems and/or solutions regarding their treatment. The Per Diem RN also conveys collected documentation from patient to all necessary internal and third-party external staff regarding scheduling and other pertinent patient information.
Performs a variety of duties both clinical and nursing notes documentation. This position requires skill in planning, organizing, scheduling and coordinating the delivery of patient care by all staff personnel including but not limited to complete documentation of nursing care and submission of nursing notes.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

<li>Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university required</li>
<li>IV certification &amp; experience in central line care and management required</li>
<li>Current state RN license in location denoted in posting required</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience required</li>
<li>Valid state driver’s license required</li>
<li>CPR certification required</li>
<li>Home care, critical care, emergency nursing, AIC or hospital discharge planning experience. </li>
<li>Incumbent should have some experience in staffing and should be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task as well as good communicative and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Basic level skill in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). </li>
<li>Willing to travel to see patients in the homes, and in other health care facilities.</li>
<li>Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.</li>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Demonstrates the basic knowledge and judgment to utilize the nursing process to schedule nursing visits in accordance with RX’s and established protocols.</li>
<li>Coordinates SOC and ongoing nursing visits and confirms scheduled visits with both patient and Nursing Agency/RN.</li>
<li>Assures schedule is sent out via email to team members.</li>
<li>Responsible for following up on and entering Therapy Admin reports and emailing to team involved.</li>
<li>Reviews all nurses notes for content and accuracy and completion without omitting necessary information such as drugs given, drug dosing and time of administration.</li>
<li>Continual communication with families, supervisors and field personnel, agencies regarding problems and/or special needs of both the patient.</li>
<li>Responsible to communicate all problems and reportable situations to the referring MD and appropriate MD office administrator and to Biomatrix nursing</li>
<li>Computer functions including but not limited to input, reports, searches, schedules.</li>
<li>Communicates patient/employee information to answering services when necessary.</li>
<li>Has read and understands company compliance paperwork and videotapes.</li>
<li>Performs all duties in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and with the highest ethical standards.</li>
<li>Coordinates staffing in a timely manner while also adhering to confidentiality and ethics as discussed in the compliance program 100% of the time.</li>
<li>Insert intravenous cannulas; administer prescribed intravenous solutions, medications; monitor &amp; maintain infusion sites &amp; system; evaluate responses to prescribed therapy.</li>
<li>Teach patients &amp; caregivers to perform &amp; monitor administration of Home Infusion as prescribed.</li>
<li>Prepare clinical records, care plans, progress notes for each patient visit.</li>
<li>Coordinate schedule of patient visits &amp; phone calls.</li>
<li>Works in patients place of residence.</li>
<li>Drive as assigned within state.</li>
<li>Prior experience in Home Infusion Therapy is preferred. PICC/Port/Midline experience and certification is preferred.</li>
