As a member of the library’s dynamic, collaborative Instructional Technology Services team, the librarian in this position has primary oversight for the Office of Legal Technology &amp; Instructional Services. This position leads the development and delivery of services supporting the integration of library resources into the curriculum, the curation and use of the library’s growing electronic resources collection, the use of scholarly communication technologies and services, and the undertaking of digital initiatives. Instructional Services

The purpose of this program is to support the work of early-career researchers, who will lead the next generation of scholarship in race and ethnicity and whose work will point the way forward for reshaping race relations in America. Fellowships may be in any of the seven schools in the University (Business, Doerr School of Sustainability, Education, Engineering, Humanities &amp; Sciences, Law, Medicine).
Applicants will be asked to identify the school or department that aligns with the field of their Ph.D. The selected fellows will be assigned a faculty mentor from their home department or school and will have the opportunity to be involved with the other early career fellows and Stanford faculty in a variety of activities. The early career fellows will have an opportunity each year to teach one course that will be cross-listed in the curricula of the Center for Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity and/or the African and African American Studies program. Now Hiring! Electronics Engineering Technician Location: Lockport, IL 60441 Schedule: Full Time; Onsite What You’ll Do:

<li>Use schematics, oscilloscopes, and other tools to troubleshoot PCB assembly to component level.</li>
<li>Final “box build”, testing and calibration of Electrical Test &amp; Measurement equipment.</li>
<li>Repair, test, &amp; calibrate customer units that have been returned for service.</li>
<li>Complete and maintain production documentation, including repair database and inventory management.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers regarding equipment performance and application assistance.</li>
<li>Work in a team environment with engineering, sales, production, and purchasing personnel.</li>

What You’ll Need:
<ul>
<li>A thorough knowledge of electrical and electronic theory</li>
<li>A 2-year degree in electronics and or military school</li>
<li>2+ years of experience reading schematics and effectively troubleshooting systems and circuit assemblies.</li>
<li>Experience with standard manufacturing processes and software applications.</li>
<li>Skilled in the use of multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical test equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to use hand tools including SMT soldering and de-soldering is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to work well with others, follow instructions and meet company goals.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in written form.</li>
<li>Ability to follow written and verbal procedures and meet quality and safety standards.</li>

The State College design facility is an energetic and dynamic organization dedicated to building the highest-reliability uplink and downlink SATCOM Radio Frequency Electronics (RFE) equipment in the satellite industry. We are actively seeking applicants for our Engineering Internship Program with opportunities in both Spring and Summer. Our interns will work alongside our multi-disciplined design engineering team on real design and research projects.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
As a CPI intern, you will apply your classroom-learned skills to enable the design and manufacture of cutting-edge communications electronics that support commercial, broadcast, and our national security.
The selected candidate will work with collaborative teams on various technical projects associated with our core mission. In addition to receiving competitive compensation, the Engineering Intern will enhance their skill set by working among a talented and technically-accomplished group of colleagues. This internship offers an incredible opportunity to explore various aspects of engineering while gaining valuable skills and industry exposure.
 As an intern, you’ll get to participate in projects within your role:
<ul>
<li>Design, analyze, and test analog and digital circuitry to support microwave communications electronics. Typical circuit designs you may participate in include, but are not limited to: Op-amp-based sampling and feedback circuitry
<ul>
<li>Linear and switching voltage regulators (low voltage)</li>
<li>Precision voltage references</li>
<li>Serial data communications</li>
<li>Current sensing and limiting circuits, hot-swap circuitry PLLs (Non-Microwave) and low frequency clocks</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Analyze design requirements documents and select suitable electronic components</li>
<li>Perform circuit analysis - both by direct calculation and by use of SPICE simulation tools</li>
<li>Document designs by developing schematics, block diagrams, and analysis documents</li>
<li>Develop simple Printed Circuit Board(PCB) layouts</li>
<li>Communicate with other design team about requirements, design rationale, analysis of designs, and any issues clearly and openly</li>
<li>Automation (with scripting) of repetitive design and test tasks using software tools like Python or Matlab</li>
</ul>

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, you must:

Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program Computer, Systems, Software, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
</li>
<li>
Be a second-year student or higher pursuing an engineering degree.
</li>
<li>Must be a US citizen as this position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants that are permanent residents or on student visas will not be considered.</li>

Assist electrical and control development of HVAC water source systems, including Design &amp; Testing of Electrical Boxes, Layout, Harnesses, Specifications and Optimizations of System and Components.&nbsp;
