Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience in Hyper Scale data center and/or industrial electrical projects on manufacturing, semiconductors and/or water treatment facilities. This role demands a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional coordination, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical projects (Hyper Scale data centers, industrial facilities)</li>
<li>Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure alignment and quality</li>
<li>Oversee safety compliance, risk management, and change orders</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction</li>
<li>Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience managing large electrical construction projects</li>
<li>Direct experience with Hyper Scale data centers and/or industrial facilities (semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, water treatment etc.)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologies</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred</li>
<li>PMP certification or equivalent is a plus</li>

As an Electrical Project Manager, your ultimate responsibility is the overall profitability of the job. To do this, you manage all electrical aspects of the job including defining project scope and deliverables while managing the constraints.
