 The Construction Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for rebuild projects by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.
Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

Bedway Development Corporation is seeking a project superintendent for a project in the Cincinnati area.
Bedway Development is a medium sized General contractor located in St Clairsville, OH. We are committed to providing a quality finished product for our long-time clients. Responsibilities for the position require:
1) Strong leadership and communication skills.
2) Minimum of five years experience in the role of project superintendent.
3) The ability to develop a realistic project schedule then follow that schedule until completion.
4) The ability to look ahead and plan accordingly for future needs and requirements from subcontractors and suppliers.
5) Ensure the project documents are being followed by all parties.
6) Provide a written daily record of project progress including photo documentation.
7) Daily quality control evaluations of work being put in place by subcontractors.
8) Schedule required inspections in a timely manner.
9) Build and maintain a relationship with all project personnel, ownership and inspecting authorities in order to ensure a successful project.
10) Direct reporting to the project manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
Leadership:

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary range: $65,400 - $75,400. Initial compensation is determined based on the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience. Benefits include a health reimbursement plan (up to $6,150.00 annually, accrues monthly), combined 200 hours of vacation and sick time, ten paid holidays, a 5% retirement match beginning after one year of successful employment, and a 20% staff discount at the Habitat Restore.
