Front Desk/Concierge Job Summary:
A Front Desk/Concierge is responsible for meeting and greeting residents and visitors while handling a variety of clerical duties.
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist Residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner </li>
<li>Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors. </li>
<li>Handle and direct incoming phone calls. </li>
<li>Inform Residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries. </li>
<li>Accommodate Residents’ requests for assistance - referring to other staff as necessary.</li>
