Position Summary
The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) currently consists of 16 attorneys working collaboratively to provide a full range of legal services to Columbia University.&nbsp; OGC is seeking an attorney with corporate and/or transactional experience to work on a range matters of including:&nbsp; business matters, contract review, litigation, labor and employment, copyright, property acquisitions, student and faculty issues, and tax, among others.  Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and people-focused Client Services Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for both school district partners and the therapists we place. Your job is to ensure seamless communication, resolve issues, and keep both our clients and therapists supported and satisfied throughout the school year.
 Key Responsibilities: ● Serve as the main liaison between school partners and therapists ● Build and maintain strong relationships on both sides ● Address and resolve issues proactively with creative problem-solving ● Ensure smooth onboarding, placement, and ongoing satisfaction for therapists ● Track and update key information and records in internal systems ● Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and success ● Monitor performance and help ensure excellent service delivery
