Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Greet and assist visitors and direct all phone calls to the appropriate personnel.</li>
<li>Schedule all intake and follow-up appointments in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) for all prescribers.</li>
<li>Schedule new intakes in the EHR as applicable for salaried clinicians.</li>
<li>Support Intake/Registration Coordinator with all new referrals by ensuring that a copy of the patient's insurance card(s) is scanned into the EHR.</li>
<li>Collect current information such as address, phone number, emergency contacts, insurance coverage, and other key data at the time of scheduled appointments, and ensure updates are entered as necessary in the EHR.</li>
<li>Support optimal functioning of the clinic by sorting and distributing incoming mail, scanning all client documents into the EHR, and ensuring that refills are processed daily. Lab results should be reviewed by the prescribers each day and should be prioritized for scanning. </li>
<li>Maintain updated releases of information, annual "Know Your Rights" forms, and patient and contact information in the EHR, and handled requests for information (subpoenas and client requests) as needed. This may include obtaining records from off-site facilities.</li>
<li>Maintain organized reception, conference room, kitchen, and waiting room areas and ordered office and cleaning supplies as needed. Report any facilities-related issues to the landlord and/or the main office as needed.</li>
<li>Collect co-pays as applicable and record them in the EHR.</li>
<li>Prepare documents for the monthly Utilization Review process.</li>
<li>Obtain, monitor, and renew PT-1s (Prescriptions for Transportation). </li>
<li>Rotate to provide coverage in Bridgewell's other Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinics as needed.</li>
<li>Process inactive/terminated clinic cases, and maintain an annual list of client deaths.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by the supervisor</li>

Required Education/Experience:

Qualifications:

Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following:

<li>Welcoming patients to the dental office </li>
<li>Maintaining accurate patient records </li>
<li>Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages </li>
<li>Check, sort and forward emails </li>
<li>Keep updates records and files </li>
<li>Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.) </li>
</ul>
As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed. 
Schedule Requirements:
Monday - Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-2:00pm, No weekends
