Cook Responsibilities

<li>Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, our cooks are the champions of better burgers! In this role you will:</li>
<li>Be a menu expert, follow Smashburger’s prep and menu recipe standards to prepare guest orders</li>

The City of Saratoga Springs currently has an opening for a Maintenance IV – Parks technician. This is a full-time position with the Saratoga Springs Public Works Department of approximately 40 hours per week. This position under the direction of the Parks Superintendent, this position performs skilled work pertaining to landscape maintenance, and maintenance of Saratoga Springs City parks, streetscapes, park facilities and other City of Saratoga Springs property. This employee also functions as one of the City's principal "on-call" employees for after hour emergencies related to area of responsibility and for snow plowing. This position acts as a first-line supervisor for assigned Seasonal Maintenance - Parks employee(s).
Job Responsibilities

<li>Provides front-line supervision to Seasonal Maintenance Workers - Parks on a project-by-project basis as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor – Parks, Parks Superintendent, or other City Management</li>

Compensation and Benefits SALARY RANGE:
The full salary range is as follows, please note hiring will normally occur at the Minimum of the range and will not exceed the Midpoint of the range:
Minimum - $26.28/hr., Midpoint - $31.54/hr., Maximum - $36.80/hr.

In lieu of the City's Social Security contributions, the City contributes 6.2% of salary into a 401(k) retirement plan.
Leave time benefits include 120 hours of paid time off (PTO) accrued annually, 40 hours of short-term medical accrued annually, and 11 holidays annually.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, our Restaurant Managers are the champions of better burgers! In this role you will:</li>
<li>Manage the performance of multiple Shift Leaders (SL) and Employees</li>
<li>Promote a fun and positive work environment</li>
<li>Manage the effectiveness of people focused processes and systems</li>
<li>Provide initial and ongoing training to all employees within the unit utilizing SmashConnect, LMS, and 4 step method of training, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees</li>
<li>Reward and recognize employee performance that exceeds company standards </li>
<li>Manage with integrity the daily completion of operational check lists to include </li>
<ul>
<li>Line checks and uniform standards</li>
<li>Opening/closing check lists</li>
<li>Safe and deposit logs</li>
</ul>

<li>Manage FSC operational standards daily </li>
<li>Manage the guest experience metrics (NPS and OSAT) </li>
<li>Ensure all food safety standards are followed and in compliance with all local health departments</li>
<li>Exemplify guest service on each shift of the day and communicates SIZZLE service standards to the employees</li>
<li>Manage the successful onboarding and training for all new employees</li>
<li>Support routine management communication </li>
<li>Follow COGS management procedures for food ordering and inventory </li>
<li>Follow and ensures company cash policies to ensure minimal losses through theft or shortages </li>

<li>Build schedules based on company forecast tool and allowed labor percentages. While reacting daily to sales trends and reducing labor scheduled when needed</li>

Restaurant Manager Requirements
<ul>
<li>1-2 years of Manager experience in restaurants</li>
<li>Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Follow Smashburger uniform standards</li>
<li>Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by Smashburger, local, state, and federal employment regulations</li>
<li>Must successfully complete Smashburger training program</li>
<li>Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with restaurant management, front line employees and corporate support teams</li>

Cook Responsibilities

<li>Be a menu expert, follow Smashburger’s prep and menu recipe standards to prepare guest orders</li>
<li>Reading, preparing and cooking food orders to specifications is a must! This ensures guest satisfaction, gold standards and minimizes waste</li>
<li>Be a team player.&nbsp; Must be able to work with others on the line and communicate effectively with Guest Service Experts (GSE) and managers in a busy restaurant environment</li>
<li>Ensure all food items are rung in prior to preparing orders; but be flexible to verbal instructions being called back (sometimes GSEs or guests get the order wrong from intake – we are all human)</li>
<li>Have pride in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen floors, equipment and counters at all times with the use of company approved cleaning products</li>
<li>Operate large cooking equipment such as grills and deep fryers; must be capable of using knives and slicing equipment with proper PPE</li>
<li>Follow checklists and proven systems to set up, stock and close the kitchen</li>
<li>Learn new recipes and procedures to support marketing promotions</li>

Position Summary Direct Support Professional Care Staff are responsible for the daily supervision, guidance, and support of youth in care, ensuring safety, emotional well-being, and compliance with program rules. Staff members will provide a combination of therapeutic interaction, role modeling, crisis intervention, and life skills training in alignment with STRTP policies and trauma-informed practices. Key Responsibilities

<li>Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.</li>
<li>Valid California Drivers License with a clean driving record.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check, Child Abuse Index check, and pre-employment physical/TB test.</li>
<li>Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain before start date).</li>
