<li>Collates brochures for the marketing department.</li>
<li>Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff.</li>
<li>Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.</li>
<li>Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.</li>
<li>Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.</li>
<li>Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.</li>
<li>Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.</li>
<li>Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.</li>
<li>One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, and Florida.
We have openings at our Yonkers, NY location.
Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday 6am-2pm (Part-Time)
Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour
The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
<ul>
<li>Meeting/Greeting residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit and maintain logbooks for all visitors</li>
<li>Answering phone calls and assisting callers with information and/or instructions for the building</li>
<li>Responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable.</li>
<li>Receiving and overseeing deliveries, mail and packages for residents</li>
<li>Inspecting the buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting any issues to the maintenance department.</li>
<li>Assisting management with any request for residents in the building</li>
<li>Keeping lobby area, front desk and package are organized, neat and clean</li>
<li>Properly communicating with lead concierge and Management.</li>
<li>Providing excellent customer service</li>
<li>Occasionally lifting packages between 10-25 lbs</li>

<li>Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.</li>
