They need a good general working knowledge of Word and the ability to clearly communicate via email in a professional manner. Written and verbal skills are needed as well.

<li>Superior organizational, time-management, follow-up, and customer service skills required</li>
<li>Experience and strong working knowledge of Google Suite products</li>
<li>Experience with wholesale auction operations, including titles, arbitration, lot operations, and other auction activities is preferred</li>
<li>Proven track record of applying critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment to resolve issues and concerns</li>
<li>Must exhibit strong team-player attributes with the ability to multitask and prioritize</li>

Job DescriptionIf you have a solid background in automotive mechanics and strong administrative skills, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a skilled Automotive Warranty Claims professional in the Carrollton, TX area to take charge of processing and managing warranty claims in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for opening, filing, and tracking claims, handling call volume, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on pending cases. You’ll also use your automotive knowledge to review and diagnose engine and transmission issues, working closely with technicians and managers to capture all necessary details. Strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook will be key to your success. Requirements:
