This non-exempt position is responsible for performing a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks involving snow plowing, snow shoveling, salt spreading, deicing; performs work as required.
 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Safely and efficiently operate snow removal equipment, including plows, blowers, and shovels; utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal tasks as needed; monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow and ice events; ensure high-quality service, clearing driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots of snow and ice; maintains tools and equipment to ensure safety; role models PPE usage; attends safety meetings; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards; and provides excellent service (e.g., accurate, complete, and timely) to clients, work-site partners, and Akehurst staff in a courteous and efficient manner.

This position may transition between full and part-time hours depending on weather conditions, with on-call availability being required for the role.
