Job purpose
The Senior Development Associate is responsible for alladministrative aspects of development and donor cultivationactivities. This position is a critical role that supports AFJ’sleadership and development team in fundraising, donor cultivation,and administration aligned with its mission and strategic plan.
Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain EveryAction database records ensuring accurate and upto date information including gift entry, notes, contacts, andfollow ups.</li>
<li>Communicate with the Finance Department to receive requiredreports, wire transfers, check scans, and stock gifts and toreconcile monthly gift data with accounting.</li>
<li>Open and process mail and checks, coordinating with Operationsand Finance to ensure timely deposits and reporting.</li>
<li>Generate, print, mail, and track timely and accurateacknowledgement letters for donations.</li>
<li>Support the Foundations Relations Director with back-up supportfor data entry and tracking of grant payments.</li>
<li>Pull reports on donor data from EveryAction database.</li>
<li>Create and distribute weekly and monthly income reports.</li>
<li>Assist with planning and execution of donor outreach eventsthroughout the year.</li>
<li>Proofread and light editing of print and digitalmaterials.</li>

The Coordinator will report to the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies (Associate Dean) and collaborate with the Associate Dean and Director of Research Development (Director) to manage, administer and grow the programs within the Unit. The Coordinator will collaborate on activities across the unit and provide strategic input in several areas to increase the success of our research enterprise. Responsibilities include providing leadership and oversight within the Research Development Unit to manage projects, track and report research activities, develop and maintain databases of college proposal submissions and awards, provide data analysis and prepare quarterly reports of proposal submission and award progress in collaboration with the Associate Dean and Director. The Coordinator will collaboratively and independently design and implement workshops and other events and projects to support and enhance our research enterprise and portfolio. The Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Associate Dean and Director to develop metrics, including EAI metrics to assess our research, innovation seed-funding and outreach activities. Serves as backup to the proposal support staff and provides mentorship and guidance as needed. This includes assisting faculty with proposal preparation and submission from inception to submission. Program Coordinator

Oregon Institute of Technology (Oregon Tech) seeks applicants for a full-time, 12 month Academic Affairs Budget Director in the Office of the Provost. The Academic Affairs Budget Director will lead the development of and provide responsibility for fiscal budgeting and planning functions within Academic Affairs as well as advising the Provost. Responsibilities will include preparation, analysis, review and reporting of Academic Affairs budgets for all funds, preparing complex analysis and providing timely, reliable and accurate data to the Provost to assist in decision-making. The Director will serve as the academic affairs liaison with the University Budget Office and provide budget training and guidance to the colleges and departments. Other responsibilities of this position will include assisting with the&nbsp;ATS&nbsp;system and communicating with departments regarding position budgets. The Director may also supervise Office Managers within the academic units. This position requires integrity and confidentiality as the Director will have access to sensitive data.
