Position Summary
We're seeking an Account Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team. This is a full-time position responsible for managing and nurturing Sephora partnerships in the Dallas territory, typically 10-12 doors with an average volume of $600,000- $1,000,000. 
The ideal candidate must have a strong retail sales background (skincare preferred) with a passion for education and sales in a retail environment. The Account Coordinator will be expected to assist their Account Representative’s team in the day-to-day operations as they develop, maintain, and grow accounts. The Account Coordinator position is perfect for an aspiring customer sales representative or someone interested in assisting sales for the long-term.

Account Coordinator responsibilities:

<li>Transportation Management System:&nbsp;Receive customer information and accurately build loads in our TMS, Revenova. </li>
<li>Servicing Accounts:&nbsp;Schedule shipments for pickup and delivery. Provide excellent customer service and timely updates to customers via phone and email. Coordinate with Logistics Coordinators to obtain PODs and tracking and tracing information. Assist in quoting customers, adapting to freight market conditions, and resolving operational obstacles as they arise. </li>
<li>Problem Solving:&nbsp;Be adaptable, knowledgeable, and resourceful in order to solve every customer issue you come across</li>

About the Role 
The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting farmers, sales staff, and the agronomy team to ensure accurate records, smooth operations, and exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for timely and precise invoicing of agronomy products and services, monitoring customer bookings, sales contracts and prepay accounts. In addition, the role supports positive customer interactions and collaborates with team members to coordinate services, deliveries and product needs. This is a dynamic position for someone who is great at multi-tasking, organized, detail-oriented and passionate about supporting both customers and Landus team members in a fast-paced, ag-focused environment.
 
What will you do? 
<ul>
<li>Support the Landus team by helping monitor agronomy sales with both existing and prospective customers.</li>
<li>Updating and maintaining accurate customer licenses and permits within Landus systems</li>
<li>Monitoring customer accounts ensuring accurate product invoicing and application of payment</li>
<li>Documenting and maintaining farm splits, field plans, and other key account details</li>
<li>Supporting the creation and management of Landus work orders facilitating accurate deliveries and services</li>
<li>Prepare and verify accurate and timely invoices, ensuring correct pricing and product/service details within a 48hr window</li>
<li>Assist customers with billing/statement inquiries </li>
<li>Assist other employees with billing or inventory inquiries</li>
<li>Help manage inventory control of agronomic products and office supplies at the location.</li>
<li>Ensure product for sale is received timely within Landus systems</li>
<li>Manage and fulfill product shipping requests, ensuring accuracy and timely execution</li>
<li>Assist Inventory Lead with inventory records ensuring alignment between physical stock and Landus systems.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong understanding of Landus credit, sales, and inventory policies related to agronomy.</li>
<li>Verify daily sales invoices and contracts for accuracy and proper documentation.</li>
<li>Coordinate grain settlement process, including preparing and sending documents for signature.</li>
<li>Provide support with scale operations as needed, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Relationship Specialist to plan and execute community events; take primary responsibility during Harvest season, with the Relationship Specialist leading in the spring.</li>
<li>Deliver excellent service by promptly assisting farmers or connecting them with the appropriate team members to support their agronomy or grain needs.</li>
<li>Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized. </li>
<li>Adhere to Landus Cooperative’s safety policies and procedures while serving as a champion for safety compliance across the organization. </li>
<li>Other duties as assigned. </li>
