Position Overview:
As an Imaging Supervisor, you will effectively coordinate the daily operations of two (2) or more imaging modalities while ensuring seamless patient flow. You will be responsible for staffing, safety compliance, and quality assurance, while collaborating with the team to proactively address and resolve operational challenges.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Coordinate daily operations and optimize patient flow across multiple imaging modalities</li>
<li>Evaluate and manage daily staffing needs to maintain efficiency and quality care</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with operational safety and quality standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with staff and leadership to prevent and resolve conflicts</li>
<li>Provide timely communication of important information to staff and leadership</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Licensure &amp; Certifications:</li>
<li>CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification</li>
</ul>
Graduate of an AMA-approved program in one or more of the following modalities:
<ul>
<li>Radiology</li>
<li>Nuclear Medicine</li>
<li>Ultrasound</li>
<li>Computerized Tomography (CT)</li>
<li>Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)</li>
<li>Mammography</li>
<li>Non-Invasive Vascular Sonography</li>
<li>Echocardiology</li>
<li>Licensure in the applicable modalities as required by the State of Florida</li>
<li>Experience:</li>
<li>1 year of lead technologist or supervisory experience preferred</li>
