This successful candidate will also undergo a mandatory training through our groundbreaking JARS University training. This training is done both virtually and in-person at our mock-store training facility to ensure that our staff is well-educated and trained on JARS' policies, procedures and company culture.

<li>Ability to use suggestive selling strategies and must be able and willing to upsell all customers</li>
