Position Purpose:
The Health and Safety Manager has comprehensive leadership responsibility for the implementation and administration of all Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and OSHA compliance Programs at the Veolia ES Technical Solutions Sauget, IL Facility. The Health and Safety Manager shall strive to provide a healthy and accident-free work environment for all employees through the recognition, evaluation, and control of environmental and workplace health hazards. Primary Duties /Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Develop and Implement site specific programs in accordance with published OSHA standards and Veolia ES Technical Solutions Health and Safety Policies.</li>
<li>Educate and train personnel as necessary to implement site specific health and safety programs.</li>
<li>Coordinate workers' compensation and accident and injury management programs with facility health and safety personnel to identify adverse trends and develop meaningful productive standards resulting in cost effective operations.</li>
<li>Implement industrial hygiene programs as well as modifying existing plans to meet the needs of the facility.</li>
<li>Develop and implement the OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) initiative at the Henderson Facility.</li>
<li>Provide guidance to all levels of management regarding utilization of appropriate health and safety practices in accordance with regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Provide training on all applicable health and safety standards and policies as needed.</li>
<li>Provide appropriate research and investigation to support the development of existing and/or potential new health and safety policies as determined by management or required by federal, state, or local agencies.</li>
<li>Administer computer programs required to support EH&amp;S Department. (CMS, Tracer, Compliance Suite, HM DOT, etc).</li>

Qualifications 
Education / Experience / Background:&nbsp;

The Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Case Manager works with eligible families with moderate to minimal case management requirements to assist them in identifying their strengths and needs. The Case Manager works with the family to develop an individualized service plan that includes appropriate services and supports that meet the needs of the child and their family. The Case Manager informs the family of services and supports and assists, when needed, in coordinating services and supports.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY

Summary: Under the general supervision of program manager, outreach, assess and engage potential members for MHALA ISC services. Assist individuals in finding and accessing requested services through the application of intensive case management services. Assist members in transitioning to appropriate levels of care or services as needed on the bases on psychosocial rehabilitation model of treatment and services.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This is not an exhaustive task list, and other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate or necessary by the supervisor or program director.
