The Sexual Health Services Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of sexual health services provided to HMI members (LGBTQIA+ youth, ages 13-24 years), ensuring they are accessible, inclusive, and effective. Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution.</li>
<li>Valid Pharmacist license from the Board of Pharmacy of the State of Texas.</li>
<li>American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li>
<li>Completion of an ASHP-accredited post-graduate year one (PGY1) and year two (PGY2) residency training program or fellowship program.</li>
<li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in specialty pharmacy or MTM.</li>
<li>At least two (2) years of pharmacy management experience.</li>
<li>Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) preferred.</li>
<li>Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Masters in Public Health (MPH) preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in HIV/AIDS, Geriatrics, and/or Pediatrics preferred.</li>
