Job Summary:
The Shuttle Service Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day shuttle operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the efficient, safe, and reliable transportation of passengers. This role involves supervising shuttle drivers, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of making real-time decisions to optimize shuttle service performance. 
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:

Operations Management:

<li>Ensure that drivers conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of shuttle vehicles for safety and cleanliness.</li>

Customer Service:

<li>Address passenger inquiries, complaints, or special requests in a professional manner. </li>
<li>Foster a positive customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving service issues promptly.</li>

<li>Safety and Compliance:

<li>Ensure all shuttle drivers comply with safety regulations, company policies, and local transportation laws. </li>
<li>Conduct routine safety checks and coordinate maintenance schedules for shuttle vehicles. </li>
<li>Monitor and enforce adherence to idling reduction and fuel-saving programs, as applicable. </li>

Administrative Duties:

<li>Prepare and submit shift reports, including driver performance and any incidents. </li>
<li>Track and report fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance needs, and service metrics. </li>

Qualifications:

<li>Transportation Supervisor experience 1-2 years</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license; Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement. </li>
<li>Proven experience in transportation or logistics operations, with leadership experience preferred. </li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple vehicles and drivers. </li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. </li>
<li>Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety standards. </li>

Working Conditions:

<li>Primarily outdoor work with exposure to varying weather conditions. </li>

About the Role
As a Patient Advocate for Aviator, you will work with Medicare patients throughout their healthcare journey.
We’re looking for a mission-driven nurse who not only understands how to support patients but also knows how to build trusted relationships inside hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior-serving organizations. This role is ideal for someone who has a background in care coordination or case management, but also thrives in fast-paced, scrappy environments. You’ll be one of the first boots on the ground helping us shape our local market expansion strategy.
You’ll act as both a patient navigator and local market launcher: meeting patients, calling providers, following up on care plans, and introducing Aviator to new partners.
Please note that this is a 1099 role. The role is remote.
What You’ll Do

<li>Help refine outreach playbooks, test what works in your region, and shape new workflows.</li>
<li>Attend local team meetings and trainings.</li>

What You Bring to the Table
<ul>
<li>1+ years proven experience in care management, patient advocacy, or healthcare navigation.</li>
<li>Deeply empathetic and understand the Social Determinants of Health alongside experience working with diverse patient populations.</li>
<li>Has a local network of contacts at hospitals, SNFs, or senior living communities.</li>
<li>Can be both high-touch with patients and high-impact with provider outreach.</li>
<li>Moves fast, documents clearly, and communicates proactively.</li>
