This is a front-desk position where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and delivery drivers. Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
</li>
<li>
Answer and direct phone calls
</li>
<li>
Sign for and manage incoming packages and deliveries
</li>
<li>
Maintain cleanliness of the front office (vacuuming, tidying, etc.)
</li>
<li>
Assist with filing paperwork and general office organization
</li>
<li>
Support staff with occasional administrative tasks as needed
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

Strong communication and people skills
</li>
<li>
Professional appearance and demeanor
</li>
<li>
Basic computer and phone system knowledge
</li>
<li>
Ability to stay organized and multitask
</li>
<li>
Punctual and dependable
</li>
<li>
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
</li>
</ul>
Bonus if you have:

Prior experience in an office or receptionist role

Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry
