<ul>
<li>Add expertise to integration discussions and deep dives (API, SSO, CRM, etc...)</li>
<li>Assist in information sharing and customer transition from pre to post sales (timeline, expectations, metrics, onboarding &amp; project plans, best practices)</li>

<li>Assist in creation and delivery of prospect training programs</li>
<li>Any and all items to get a deal across the finish line</li>

This role is based in our Boulder Colorado office and you are expected to be in the office 4-5 days a week.
The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the following domains:
<ul>
<li>Hands-on implementation experience of ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, SailPoint, CA, Oracle, IBM and Microsoft suite of IAM products etc.</li>
<li>Experience in client facing deployments and working in multi-team, multi-vendor team setup</li>
<li>Experience in implementing identity standards like OAuth, SAML, OIDC, and LDAP</li>
<li>Experience with legacy authentication systems such as CA/Broadcom SiteMinder and Oracle Access Manager</li>
<li>Fairly exposed to cloud security and cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, Cloud Distribution</li>
<li>Experience with DevOps build/run model</li>
<li>Intermediate proficiency in programming languages such as GoLang, JAVA, Jscript etc.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in and troubleshooting Linux based systems</li>
<li>Exposure to web server architecture and the ability to troubleshoot web server/linux related issues</li>
</ul>
You don't have to be an expert in these things, but you should be ready and excited to become one:
<ul>
<li>Microservices</li>
<li>Infrastructure as code</li>
<li>Kubernetes and Containers</li>
<li>AWS management, Terraform</li>
</ul>
You'll bring experience in:
<ul>
<li>Implementing complex, enterprise-scale identity infrastructure</li>
<li>Being a technical lead for a team of professional services consultants</li>
<li>Working with clients directly</li>
</ul>
