Explain the function(s) to be performed by the requested staff member:
 
<ul>
<li>The Secretary (Transcriptionist) will be assigned to a CM Borough and will attend job progress meetings held for any in-house projects.</li>
<li>The assignee will take and prepare minutes for each job progress meeting, enter the minutes into CM13 and Kahua, and maintain a record of the information entered.</li>
<li>The assignee will be required to travel between job sites as necessary at least 2-3 times a week while reporting to SCA Headquarters.</li>
<li>Must be computer literate, detail-oriented, a good listener, with the ability to take accurate notes.</li>
<li>Must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.</li>
<li>Construction background desired and/or is helpful.</li>
<li>at least 2-3 times a week while reporting to Client Headquarters.</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>
