The Behavioral Health Office manager has primary responsibility for clerical duties involved with coordinating client care at the site. These duties include greeting clients/visitors, answering phones, managing collections and insurance verifications, directing visitors/clients to the appropriate areas and performing routine clerical duties. It is also the responsibility of this position to model and maintain high professional conduct and standards.
 
As a Behavioral Health Office Manager with us, you will:

<li>Answer telephones in a timely manner and direct all calls or messages to the appropriate department or person.</li>
<li>Complete reminder calls or correspondences for clients.</li>
<li>File and maintain all administrative documentation needed to stay in compliance with DE state and federal regulations.</li>
<li>Obtain client demographics, identification, authorizations and verifying insurance information at each visit.</li>
<li>Obtain necessary client information to meet current Federal guidelines and insurance use guidelines for electronic medical records.</li>
<li>Enter and scan pertinent client information into EMR including client authorizations, recent labs delivered etc.</li>
<li>Schedule follow-up appointments and inputting recall notices into EMR as needed</li>
<li>Identify and resolve minor client billing issues</li>
<li>Request medical charts from hospitals and other medical centers.</li>
<li>Obtain information sheet on new clients and prepares charts at intake, including initiating new charts or retrieving existing charts and signing intake documents.</li>
<li>Collections of payments, maintaining a list of self-pay clients and managing payments</li>
<li>Insurance verification on a daily basis</li>
<li>Collaborate with medical staff and clinical staff on day-to-day operations related to client care</li>
<li>Check and address client alerts as clients come in for services</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned by Program Manager</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications for this position are:

<li>REQUIRED: High School Graduate or GED</li>
<li>PREFERRED: associate degree</li>
<li>REQUIRED: 1 year in office environment, 3 years related experience, some knowledge of substance use disorders.</li>

JOB SUMMARY: The Behavioral Health Services Manager plays a key role in supporting HOPE’s integrated care model by helping oversee the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health (BH) department. This position provides direct supervision to BH nurses, medical assistants, and other support roles within the department, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. The Manager also serves as a vital administrative partner to the Director of Behavioral Health, offering clerical, programmatic, and operational support to help drive departmental goals, improve workflows, and maintain compliance with FQHC standards.

Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Clinical Support: </li>

<li>Demonstrates proficiency in all aspects of patient triage within the Behavioral Health department and completes competency assessments for both new and existing employees.</li>
<li>Serves as a backup for the Behavioral Health medical assistant or nurse during periods of absence to ensure continuity of patient care and clinic operations.</li>

<li>Human Resources &amp; Staffing Support:</li>

<li>Assists with the orientation and onboarding of new Behavioral Health staff, including interview coordination and preparation of new hire materials.</li>
<li>Manages the department’s weekly staffing schedule, including time-off approvals, timesheet submissions, missed punch corrections, and payroll approvals using ADP.</li>
<li>Organizes and facilitates regular departmental meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes.</li>

 Job Summary:
The Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Case Manager works with eligible families with moderate to minimal case management requirements to assist them in identifying their strengths and needs. The Case Manager works with the family to develop an individualized service plan that includes appropriate services and supports that meet the needs of the child and their family. The Case Manager informs the family of services and supports and assists, when needed, in coordinating services and supports.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Summary: Under the general supervision of program manager, outreach, assess and engage potential members for MHALA ISC services. Assist individuals in finding and accessing requested services through the application of intensive case management services. Assist members in transitioning to appropriate levels of care or services as needed on the bases on psychosocial rehabilitation model of treatment and services.
