<li>Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (some days may go until 5:30)</li>
<li>1 Saturday per month. (9:30am - 1:30pm)</li>
<li>Patient flow is 230 patients daily ( they will do 130 x rays (60% of patients coming will need an x ray)</li>
<li>Perform x-ray examinations</li>
<li>File and maintain x-ray films</li>
<li>Print reports and montage films for physicians</li>
<li>Order, dispense and maintain inventory of relevant medications for office</li>
<li>Order and maintain inventory of general medical supplies</li>
<li>Apply and remove casts as needed</li>
<li>Ability to perform CMA duties when not busy in x-ray or in casting (if applicable)</li>
<li>Save imaging and reports to CDs for patients when requested</li>
<li>Bring patients back to exam rooms, collect vitals and enter into patient chart</li>
<li>Remove sutures and staples, provide general Wound Care and 1st aid</li>
<li>Casting/Splinting/Durable Medical Equipment dispensing and documentation</li>
<li>Blood Draw for PRP under physician supervision</li>
<li>Enter Labs/Diagnostic Imaging/CPQ’s</li>
<li>Injection Set Up</li>
<li>Follow up on Work Comp RFA’s</li>
<li>Schedule diagnostic tests and post-test appointments</li>
<li>Contact insurance companies for pre-certification</li>
<li>Provide patients with supplies ordered by physician</li>
<li>Clean and stock exam rooms with supplies</li>
<li>Call in prescription refills/dispense medications to industrial patients</li>
<li>Contact post operative patients the day after surgery to follow up, enter notes in patient chart</li>
<li>Call and confirm appointments for Post tests, labs and Epidural injections</li>
<li>Check voicemail, telephone encounters, and return calls promptly</li>
<li>Pull films for surgery cases and save to patient chart ? Clean Instruments/Autoclave/Sharp containers, etc.</li>
<li>Merging daily chart notes, bubble sheets and scanning for Physicians</li>
<li>Cover other team members if they are out sick or on vacation</li>
<li>Act as MA floater when your specific physician is on vacation or when you are caught up with your duties and responsibilities</li>
<li>May need to travel to other offices when there is a coverage need</li>
<li>When available and able, translate for patients and office staff</li>
<li>Address fax inbox</li>
